Tech is always checking in with staff at the properties before coming out. He does a very thorough job. Is quick to respond to rodent body removal. And always checks in with office staff to see if there’s any concerns that he can address before leaving the properties. Bought a home that was covered by a Terminix warranty against dry wood termites until 2024. Took multiple calls (and a no-show for an appointment without prior notice) to a mainland number (can't contact anyone locally) to get someone out here to inspect after signs of termites last year in December. All the guy did was spray in a hole, plug it, and leave (no inspection). Found more signs of an actual infestation last month. Booked another appointment to have someone inspect, and guess what: Another no-show! (Thanks for nothing, Roger. This guy was the same no-show from December. Why isn't he fired?) These guys clearly don't care about their customers or honoring warranties. Whatever. You lost a customer for life, and I will never refer anyone to this company.

Younger guy sprayed and said I had to be out of the house. Shortly after that my house was burglarized. No proof it was him but I did text him after and accuse him and he never responded. You would think if he was innocent he would have at least responded. Wasn’t a random robbery either it was definitely someone that had time to walk around my house and see everything of value and find easy way in. Like I said no proof but lot of coincidence, just be safe if you use these guys is my advice!

Called to make an appointment and they never showed up or called. When I called back they said that the number was out of service but confirmed the phone number I gave them and it was correct. Called them back and they said it would take another 2-3 business days but put in the notes to call ASAP bc this is an urgent issue (haven’t been able to sleep in my room for the past week), that call was on Saturday and it’s almost Friday now with no call. Would give 0 stars if I could. If you need pest control fast DO NOT go through terminex. Spend your money on a place that actually cares.
