Extremely Disappointing First-Time Experience As a first-time customer, my experience with Bug Out was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Several concerns. 1) the service doesn't work well. We have spiders and ants all the time. Have asked for full yard treatment to help with fire ants and the yard is still infested. Bug Out has forgotten customer service.over the last 3 weeks I have tried to communicate with them. Their phone service hung up on me 4 times. I tried to call the accounting department there phone service hung up 4 times. I have text's 4 times no answer. My 10 year old shrubs treated by BUG OUT LOOK LIKE THEY ARE DIEING.
