Devin & Julio came out today to give me an estimate for removing rodents in my attic, as well as sanitation & insulation blowing. Happy to see a reasonable price for work I can’t imagine doing myself. This is definitely not a fun issue to have & they both were so calm and helpful. Next step is getting the job scheduled, so I’ll be sure to give an update when the work is completed- but so far I’m pretty relived to have a plan in place.

Did everything other than what I hired them for which was to get rid of the squirrel issue. It is now 3 weeks later and that is still not resolved. Great job at removing attic installation but the job was to resolve/remove the squirrels and that was not done.

After the service, we continued to monitor the situation and even sent a technician out on a Saturday during the holiday period to ensure everything was progressing properly.<br><br>We’re happy to confirm that the activity has since been resolved. While exclusion work immediately stops new animals from entering, situations involving wildlife already inside a structure can take additional time and monitoring to fully resolve, which is a normal part of this type of service.<br><br>Our goal is always to resolve the issue completely not just part of it and we stand behind our work. If you ever have any remaining concerns, we’re always here to help.

He thoroughly inspected the property, identified all the entry points, and explained the necessary steps: sealing the openings, decontaminating, applying repellent, and setting traps. He even showed us the tunnels and access areas where the rats were coming in, and provided preventive solutions along with a warranty in case rodents returned.
