⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend Tyrese for any landscaping work! He does an amazing job at a great price and truly takes pride in his work. He’s hardworking, reliable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything looks perfect. What stood out to me most was how patient and helpful he was throughout the entire process. He listened to exactly what I wanted, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the results. I needed a last minute yard clean up and Angler was the quickest to respond. Not only that, but they showed as promised, did an excellent job, and was priced appropriately. If you're looking for a professional lawn care company that does exactly what they say they're going to do, call these guys. You won't be disappointed.

I’m writing this because I’m genuinely confused by the lack of basic professionalism here. Like many other reviewers have noted, this business suffers from a severe lack of communication and organization. We worked with Alejandro for a backyard quote, and the experience was exhausting. Questions went unanswered for days, only to be met with one-word responses. Trying to call the office is a dead end, as it goes straight to a useless AI chatbot. The disparity in service became clear when we reached out to a competitor who answered our questions and clarified our needs in just 15 minutes. When we finally moved on, Alejandro tried to defend the delay by claiming the renders take hours (ironic, since they were AI-generated), completely missing the point that the issue was communication, not the work itself. My suggestion: Hire a dedicated clerk to handle clients, or simply stop taking on projects if you are too busy to manage them.

I highly recommend this landscaping company! We just moved into our new home in Ft. Lauderdale, and they went above and beyond with lawn cleanup, planting, and laying rocks. Being from NY, I’m not familiar with the landscaping here and all my questions were answered! They took my vision and brought it to life perfectly and at a price that can’t be beat! The team was professional, efficient, and attentive to every detail. I’m thrilled with the results and can’t wait to continue using them for our regular landscaping.

Last service call ended with a bill on a day a tech never showed up and we were being billed month after month. We knew for the past 3 months something simply wasn’t working—We are home due to 24/7 caregiver status. Lawn service actually wanted to stop cutting our lawn because they didn’t want to be held accountable for the weed growing damages! This new wonderful Angler associate came this morning and knocked on our door and shared with us he’s ready to treat our yard and if we have pets explained the protocol before we let our beloved pup outside! I explained the situation we were in with our past service and declining our last payment. Showed him photos of our backyard of the incredible growth of weeds! He went into immediate action and rectified and restored our faith in Angler! I’ll be calling them in the morning and settling this past due payment!

Unfortunately this is a very poorly managed company. I had a very bad experience overall with multiple missed appointments, and a cut cable line during a landscaping project. They are very unorganized and the communication is MINIMAL. I wanted to like them since the reviews were good ! But would definitely not recommend.
