Great service from Apache! I had a terrible ant infestation and within two treatments, the ants were gone. Definitely recommend. They answered all my questions, were prompt and courteous and they will be my go to moving forward if I have any other pest issues!

I was shopping around for quotes to get my termite problem under control. Out of the 3 companies that I got a quote from one of them said I had Drywood termites while the other 2 (Apache and another local company) said it was subterranean termites. That left me with two companies to choose from. Apache was a little more but their process is way more thorough and they do an extra step that most companies do not do. Since I was dealing with subterranean termites and knowing that they cause extensive damage I wanted to make sure that everything possible was done the first treatment. I ended up choosing Apache and I’m glad I did. The amount of work that they did to ensure I had 100% protection was commendable. They work hard, clean and their customer service has been outstanding. Clear lines of communication and I love that I can text them all the time! Thanks Apache!

I had a bug problem at my house and didn’t know the source of it, I contacted Apache as they did a great job getting rid of ants in and around my house earlier this year. Joel helped me identify what the bugs were and how I could get rid of them Myself instead of just coming out and doing a treatment and charging me for something that might not have worked. Two years ago I asked friends for a pest control recommendation & they suggested Apache. To date I have been very impressed with their lawn & pest services. Specifically, they text you to inform you of when they’re scheduled to arrive the day before which is very convenient. (Also cuts down on that uncomfortable surprise situation of: “I’m sunning in my bikini by the pool & relaxing in my backyard, who are all these men appearing?” feelings… Because with the plethora of services needed in SoFlo for yard & home, that actually happens a lot… so yeah… that head’s up is appreciated…) Also, the Apache techs are fast & efficient, they check the lawn for issues, advise immediately, and their billing is technologically savvy w a prompt payment portal attached via text. Recently someone ill-advised (in my household 🥹) requested Apache to over-spray the backyard pool deck for small micro weeds (which my puppy likes to chew, and did shortly thereafter). After, my dog ran around in this weed killer & ate the weeds, the next day she began throwing up repeatedly (& shaking somewhat violently that evening). I contacted Apache w concerns over my dog’s health & to get more information about the chemicals sprayed & Joel the owner was very responsive & showed genuine concern about my dog. Luckily my Lilly is fine but many times people dismiss concerns and/or are unresponsive. Joel even checked in with me the next day to make sure my sweetie was ok. This was above & beyond and a great indication that if you have a problem with service, any problem, Apache will address your concerns immediately. That is customer service GOLD (in a place where great customer service is very rare & most times you can’t even get a prompt return phone call). Thanks Joel & guys for great service!! 👍👍👍. PS Best of all I haven’t seen a roach in forever!!
