I recently had the pleasure of working with Tim at Florida Pest Pros, Inc. during the inspection of a property I’m in the process of purchasing, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the very beginning, Tim was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. He answered my questions promptly and made scheduling simple during what can already be a stressful time. During the inspection, he was thorough, detailed, and took the time to explain his findings in a way that was clear and easy to understand. I truly appreciated his professionalism and knowledge. Buying a home comes with a lot of moving parts, and having someone dependable and straightforward on your team makes all the difference. Tim absolutely delivered. I would not hesitate to use Florida Pest Pros again in the future, and I will definitely be recommending Tim to friends and family. Highly recommend!

I used Florida Pest Pros' bi-monthly service for 3 years. Basically, you pay for them a very affordable rate to service the exterior of your house once every two months, which generally is enough to kill all the bugs as they approach the interior of your house. My house had terrible infestation when I moved in, but FPP got rid of the bugs and kept them away. If any problems arise between your regular service, FPP will return to your house free of charge to retreat the exterior and treat the interior as necessary. The owner is very professional and pleasant to interact with. They always were able to come to my house within days of my request. I highly recommend this service and they service all of Brevard county.

My husband and I have been a customer of Florida Pest Pros for almost 7 years. The customer service that we have gotten has ALWAYS been exceptional. Whenever I call about any bug related issue (I have zero tolerance for bugs :-) - Tim is very quick to respond and come out to take care of the problem. They have never made me feel that I was a "bother", and to me that is great customer service. I would recommend Florida Pest Pros to anyone.
