Rick Ricker's technician, Steve, does a great job and really pays attention to the issues you describe. He is professional and a pleasure to work with. I am on an annual treatment after they took care of our ant issues. My family members use Steve and Rick Ricker as well.

I have been a customer of Rick Ricker for over 20 years now and they provide an extraordinary level of service. They are on time and are careful when working inside your house. For example, they always wear cloth booties when working inside the home. What company goes to that level to ensure the cleanliness of your residence? This is a company that cares about its customers and shows that care through its thoughtful, measured service. Just a good, decent company to be a customer of.

Absolutely not satisfied. They just came out for the fourth or fifth time. They treated the whole house the first time and the treatment plan after that is look for pin holes in the wall and spray a little foam. They refused to retreat the attic and crawl space again. We have more termites now than what we started with 😩 We are going to have to cut our losses and get the house tented.
