Bob and his team at this local pest control company do an excellent job. If you’re looking for reliable pest control with great customer service, I highly recommend giving them a call. Bob is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to take the time to explain what’s going on and how they’re going to fix it. It’s hard to find a pest control company you can trust, but Bob runs a very professional operation and genuinely cares about helping his customers. We’ve been using Pest 911 and couldn’t be happier. Bob is always professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive whenever we need him. Pest 911 has been my pest service since I purchased my house 2 1/2 years ago. I have nothing but positive experiences with this company. They respond to concerns typically the same day. Chris is awesome. He is polite, personable, and patient in listening to my concerns and explains the treatment plan. Each time he leaves he reminds me to contact Pest 911 if there is a need. I have my property treated quarterly and they consistently apply treatment at the beginning of each cycle. I highly recommend Pest 911.

Pest 911 has provided quick and efficient service on my shrubs. I sent a request to check some white spots on a few shrubs. They had been treated in December. But it appears a different treatment was needed. Mike was here the very next day to spray the shrubs in question and those nearby to prevent spread. Great service and professional to let me know he was here.

Matt is fantastic. Super knowledgeable and always willing to discuss my lawn and approach to treatment. Matt has been able to save most of my newly install sod that took a beating from fungus and webworms. Please give Matt my $5 dollars as an additional thank You.

Being a “snowbird” my house sits empty for a few months a year. This company makes sure my house doesn’t get run over with the multitude of bugs that Florida has. I can’t thank them enough for keeping the creepy crawlers out of my winter home!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Pest 911! From the moment I called, and spoke with Robert the owner to the arrival of Chris who was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! He clearly explained the entire pest control process, making sure I understood what was being done and why. The pricing was very fair, especially given the quality of service provided. Chris arrived on time, was thorough in his inspection, and made sure to address all of my concerns. I have since texted questions and Chris not only responded but made sure what I thought was silly, was a valid concern!!! I am very pleased with Pest 911! They always come out very quickly after I need service. Matt has done a great job getting rid of the fire ants in my yard. Now I’m not worried about my kids playing in the yard. They are friendly and easy to work with. I like having a family owned business who remembers who you are and cares about doing a great job.

Matt is my normal technician that services me at my home. I am Extremely happy with him and he has always done a true professional service for me and my big yard. He truly takes pride in what he does and well above normal represents PEST911 with true Professionalism and care for me the customer.

The Services provided worked to control our spider issue, however they stopped coming out consistently per our ageeement. The lack of consistency is the only reason I am giving 3 stars verses 5.
