Dead-Bug Dave Pest Control

We used Dead Bug Daves a few years ago when we had ant problems! Recently called him back up to assist with pest control at my parents house. Dave is genuine, honest and has helped us significantly! Harvey is also so kind when he comes by. My cat and dog LOVES Harvey. He always says hello to them. Kelsey is very quick to reply when I message the office and always so pleasant. A great team!

I have been using Dead Bug Dave for a few years now. Recently I discovered ants in my home. Dave personally came out the next day to remedy the situation. He explained why they were there and quickly took the steps to get rid of them. Fast, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend this company!!

We were receiving service from Dead Bug Dave for quite some time, and all of the sudden, he just stopped coming. He claims that the problems were our dogs being too aggressive which is not the case whatsoever. They are not aggressive at all. Im the caretaker of a 77 year old vietnam veteran who actually owns the property and this is a careless and ridiculous accusation. We will spread the word on how you treat your veterans.

The guys came out Monday for an estimate. They told us we didn’t have a bad problem or infestation, therefore, they were gonna charge us a little less than what they normally charge everyone the starting fee would be $95 for the gel bait and then they would come back in a week and spray. I was repeating everything they said to my husband on the phone making sure I had it correct. They said in two months they would come back and for bi monthly it would be $85 also stated that there were no contracts. They text this morning to make an appointment and I confirmed that I would not be paying and they said that we would be paying on the quote breakdown it does show that each visit is $95 but he stated to us that it would only be one time because we didn’t have an infestation. He is on my camera sitting at my kitchen table and all of this was recorded. They were also supposed to come yesterday to do the gel bait between one and three it was about 10 minutes of three and I still haven’t heard from anyone or seen them so I messaged the company and they said that they were running late but no phone call was made to me to let me know that they would be coming late and I had kids to pick up from school so I left a key but even when I got back, they were just pulling in. There’s just no professionalism, with how the people coming out to my house or saying one thing and the owner saying something different and nobody calls you when they’re running late. I read a couple reviews that said negative things, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, and I also saw their comments back to the customers who made reviews and they were very unprofessional as well. I just would not recommend them.

Been using these guys since i bought my home in 2017. I met the owner- really solid guy (and a local hockey player). Carey was extremely professional and personal. Did an amazing job high attention to detail and very informative and transparent consult. Actually DOWNSOLD us from our price expectations. Which is why i have these guys come over any time i need service and don’t bother shopping around. Pet friendly service, always very effective work. He got into every nook and cranny. My best advice: be courteous (if you are able-bodied enough- dont stress it if you are older/disabled) to pull furniture and items away from the walls/corners. Totally not an expectation they set, but it helps out. They are quick to leave as soon as they are done to not make you feel obligated to tip, in my experience. I tricked him into taking his well-deserved tip :)

Dead Bug Dave did an excellent job! I was dealing with a serious roach problem, and now the roaches are gone. Dave was professional, on time, and explained everything in a way that made me feel confident in the service. He treated my condo thoroughly and even followed up to make sure everything was working. I called this company about termite control and since they aren’t licensed for termites they recommended Ferguson’s. They sent out a great guy that was honest and did not try to take advantage. These seem like very good companies and I would not hesitate to recommend. Trust is so important these days. Thanks to both.

It was easy to schedule and the person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly. The tech was timely and informative, helping me protect my home and save money in the process. I would gladly use them again, but hopefully I won't have to any time soon!

Dave came by today to do an estimate on some issues I am having with a new home. He was professional, kind, and realistic. I could not recommend him and his team more. He noted preventative measures I could take and did not oversell a single thing. I never felt pressured to do treatments or make any hasty decisions. I also chatted with the office team a few times and they were delightful as well. Overall great experience with this company and would recommend for anyone with pest control needs.

I have been using Dead-Bug Dave for the last several months. Their pest control has essentially eliminated all my issues with ants and even spiders! I regret not using them years ago. I recently reported to their office that I had ants again in my kitchen. So a few days later Mr. DB Dave himself showed up! He took the time to listen to all my concerns and issues. Dave then got his equipment and sprayer and thoroughly completed the pest control himself. I was totally impressed with their pest control service. I will never use anyone else for pest control. Dead-Bug Dave pest control is hands down the best!!

i had HUGE roaches in my condo my landlord refused to do anything about. i called Dave and they came out next day for my free inspection and ended up making time that same day to spray! the roaches were relentless, but Dave came back again the next week and sprayed again without charge. i didn't see another living roach in my time in that condo. :)

I’ve been using them for a while I’ve done nothing but refer them to other people was very happy with the service. Until I had appointment scheduled on Tuesday the technician made a recommendation that he could come back and do a treatment to the vehicles for the same price at no additional charge so I was inclined to agree we made an appointment for two days later and I missed their phone call by about 20 minutes they asked me to contact the office to reschedule and the office informed me to find another pest control company so disappointing

Dead Bug Dave has the absolute best home service professionals I've ever met in my entire life. I will never call anyone else. I'm a customer for life. These people genuinely care and are damn good at their job. I had a fruit fly problem and they saved me this summer. Now come ant season, they saved me again. Yes I could treat my own home with whatever pump but honestly these guys are so professional and so affordable I don't even want to. Initial call was 140. Best 140 I've spent in my life. Maintenance is 75.00. I work from home and Dave came in did his thing with no effort from me I went back to work. He left the bill on the table with a thing to scan and pay. Locked the door on his way out. Thanks so much Dave!

I have a meaning to leave a review for a while. I had an infestation of German cockroaches which are one of the most difficult bugs to exterminate. It took several visits, but I haven’t seen a roach in months! Dave and his service people were always prompt and courteous, and they took care of the problem. Excellent communication and value as well! I’m very pleased with their service

Poor customer service , I communicated that I won't be home until closer to 11 as I had a car emergency which I got home at 11:08 and they want me to pay for a whole other spray. Technician supposedly left at 11:05 .... they won't be in my area until Thursday and since that is 2 days out of my "60 day window" they would have to charge for a new spray. I'm Still seeing ants in my bathroom and would expect a well respected business to help out and understand circumstances.Spoke to owner Dave thinking he would help but he was too concerned about revenue and not making a profit coming back out. Will be using elsewhere with better customer service. I recommend you do the same.

We’ve been using Dave for 5+ years and have never had a bug in our house! He’s thorough and reasonably priced!

Dave was prompt and thorough and best of all, effective! And besides, he's a really nice guy.
