Steve did a great job capturing and removing two armadillos from our property. It took a while, but Steve didn't give up, and he communicated with us on a weekly basis about where the traps were placed. I would recommend Pro Wildlife Removal.

I have used Pro Wildlife for quite a few years now, they are who I call when I have a wildlife problem. Recently, I had a squirrel pass away in one of my closet walls. Brenden was wonderful to work with, he explained everything to me very well and answered all my questions. He was also on-time and communicated his ETA before arriving. The squirrel had found some soft wood in the soffit so they started a new hole, all previous work done to block wildlife was still intact. Thank you again Pro Wildlife Removal, I recommend this company for your pest/wildlife control needs.

The rats kept coming back and the owner blew me off. Claimed I was not being truthful about my expectations. After paying a LOT of money- for a contract that I THOUGHT was good for a year -I had to hire a new company. The problem has now been properly diagnosed. Sorry Nelson, my review has to change to a big NO. Being nice doesn't make up for being ineffective and misrepresenting your service. Do better.

Highly recommend! Quick response, humane and extremely professional. We came home to an unwanted guest in our backyard- Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake. Called Pro Wildlife Removal- spoke with the owner Josh. He was at our house within 30 minutes. After quite a chase he safely captured the snake and is releasing it safely. Wouldn’t hesitate calling them again.

Nelson was professional, knowledgable and successful within 2 weeks…. we were rat free! They guarantee their work for a full year!

Nelson did a great job with removing a mom raccoon and her five babies from our attic. Just the scent and disruption to their area alone scared off the raccoons and he took the time to ensure they relocated before sealing up the attic. I would recommend Nelson he answered all our questions and our concerns were addressed.

I had what sounded like a large animal in my attic and no matter how much I banged on the ceiling with a broom stick, it would not go away. I finally came to the conclusion that I needed professional help. I called and got 3 quotes from different companies and their opinions of what I was dealing with. Although Pro Wildlife was not the cheapest of the 3, I felt that I trusted more what I was being told by Nelson. I sensed that he knows these animals and their behaviors and knew exactly what I was dealing with which turned out to be multiple animals which he told me up front. He came out several times until the situation was resolved. I hope I never have the need again, but if I do, I will definitely call Pro Wildlife again and request Nelson. One other person also came out one time and I cannot remember his name, but I felt the same concern and knowledge from him as well. Thank you Nelson...I appreciate your resolving this situation for me.

The Service from Pro Wildlife Removal was quick. I had a snake go into my attic from an uncovered vent.Steve covered all the vents and any possible entry for snakes or rodents and set traps.The snake got away before he arrived but I have peace of mind knowing it can't enter again and a disinfected attic. We found Pro Wildlife Removal out of desperation when the pest prevention company we had employed for years proved completely incapable of removing fruit rats living in our attic that eventually broke into our living area. From the moment Nelson from Pro Wildlife arrived, the difference in skill, competency, and thoroughness was a night and day improvement over the other "professional". Nelson identified more than a dozen entry points the other company missed, detailed to us exactly the how's, why's and when's of his remediation plan and then executed as promised. It isn't even a slight exaggeration to say that the effectiveness of Nelson and Pro Wildlife is the reason we chose to stay rather than sell our home, the situation was that grim after essentially setting several thousand dollars on fire with the prior company who showed no improvement at all. Once his work was completed, we were so impressed with his results that we asked Nelson to continue monthly check-ups. It gives us great comfort to know that our home is being protected by someone who lives and breathes this work. These days it's not very often that a company or service meets the expectations of their advertised promises. It's fair to say that Pro Wildlife far exceeded them.
