Easy company to work with. Ladies in the office are always friendly and accommodating. Nick is our technician. Always professional and very informative. I also appreciate his willingness to work around my schedule.

Poor service... both customer service and hands-on. We called them out for a heavy cockroach infestation, and the evening after the service didn't see one dead carcus on the floor. When I called the Service Manager this morning to report my concerns, I was told they no longer wished to provide service. I would have given them negative stars if I could have. Beware....

Jesse is absolutely, hands down the best. He always checks in before and after service to make sure everything is good. Bonus my dog likes him too.

Fast friendly service

Mr. Jerry has been taking care of my family's pest control since I was a kid and this time was no different. My roach population is gone after just one spray. He covered everything thoroughly and now I see them hardly at all. I'm sure after the next visit they will be gone with no issue! Thank you so much!

Very personable!!

I have been with them for 5 years. I have gone through 5+ Technicians during that time due to turn over. I have requested each time that it be noted to my file that I am unavailable on Mondays and Thursdays. Yet inevitably those are the 2 days they want to come. But recently I’m getting notification of service at 9:00pm the night before or day of 2 hours before. So I contacted the office and spoke to the Manager about the notification and I was told if I don’t like how they schedule I could go somewhere else. My unknown time slot is now available for who ever wants it.

Very disappointed in the service I have received after nearly four years of them spraying I started having issues after being skipped for a month and then the technician changed. They were unable to resolve my problem with an additional spray, and when I called to follow up they informed me the no longer would be spraying my home, to "find someone new". After being a client that long I would expect better service. Very disappointed.
