Old time feed store.

We just bought 4 baby chicks and got the starter pack as well as a heat light and small feeder and canteen, I was surprised when they had a man carry out the items for us, and they have great service, but I didn't know what to say about the 3/4ths empty bag of feed they sold us, I just assumed it was apart of the starter pack deal.

Great people work here. Helped us with our dog food. So knowledgeable. The best from the rest.

They are closed Sunday. I checked site Sunday and they said they had chickens, so I drove there on Monday 30 minutes - only to find out they did not have any, they were sold out. If you’re out or you sold out, update your website when you leave on Saturday night. If you don’t utilize the website for advertising , then shut it down. Customers rely On the accuracy of that site when deciding if they want to purchase from you.

Just bought some seminole feed from here. Got it home and saw how old it was. Opened it and it was very musty. Not sure what Seminole recommends, but this certainly wasn't fresh.

They lost my business. The owner Nancy was rude and her son the other day was rude to me I’m done shopping with y’all. I have no tolerance for rudeness. I wasn’t rude to you and expect the same from others.

Felt I was treated rudely after I was interrupted and “ma’amed” by her because they don’t have what I needed and I didn’t want to be pushed into something that wasn’t what I needed. I’m in a transition after a challenging event in my life and just moved back to the area. Last thing I wanted was a bunch of nosey questions and to be put under someone else’s judgment. Disliked the feeling.

Horrible! Walked in and saw wayyy too maybe chickens to a crate which turned me a little off. We began to leave when a woman asked if she could help with anything we explained that we were looking for a headstall but couldn’t find what we were looking for (picky kid lol) the woman nah nah nah to me very rudely and gave a look. I was shocked by this behavior! Very rude and unprofessional! Won’t be trying there again!

I went to Brevard feed store August 1 to get some supplies. The owner was very rude and short to me, did not want to wait on me at all. I am a return and regular customer. She was talking with a woman who had some children with her. They were standing in front of the register talking for a A whole hour, not purchasing anything. I was trying to purchase the things that I need. I couldn’t find an item, asked her to help me several times. She kept saying let me finish helping this customer first who never ended up buying anything anyway. Even my girlfriend asked her to help us. She just did not want to help us and acted like I was annoying her. We were there for a whole hour just trying to buy two items. I literally had to climb over the children and around the woman just to pay for the items. Then she made me wait after I paid for the big bag of shavings I bought and Paid for. So we’re standing there waiting and waiting and wondering where my shavings were, after at least 20 minutes she finally said oh the boy has them outside he’s waiting for you. It would’ve been nice to at least tell me. She knows It’s an hour drive from my house just to this feed store. Believe me if I didn’t need this stuff so bad and I knew where else I could’ve gotten it I would’ve walked out. Very very rude. She’s embarrassed me twice in front of family and friends I will never go there again thank God I found another feed store where I can buy the things I need from now on. The last two times I shopped in her store she was very rude to me degraded me and embarrassed me. The first time in front of my husband the second time in front of my best friend. It was a very unpleasant experience and I don’t know what I did to this woman to cause her to treat me this way. I don’t know what I did to this woman! Both chickens I bought from her where very sickly and died on me pretty much is soon as I brought them home. I wanted to buy another one to replace it she charged me twice the amount that it goes for when she really should’ve replaced it for free. Just nasty nasty nasty! Sickly chickens very dirty conditions of the chickens coops, But yet she tells me everything I’m doing with my chickens is wrong. She just Thinks she knows it all and doesn’t want to admit that the conditions of her chickens and chicken coops are very bad. At least I keep mine clean. Terrible conditions for the chickens! Filthy holding areas with no food or water in feeders! Boycott this place,tbey should be fined!!

Like a previous customer stated, their chicks and chickens are living in deplorable conditions. They are in small cramped spaces, they did not have clean water and the were all very sick. It was one of the saddest things I have witnessed in a while. If you purchase your chickens there, they will have a ton of problems. The pullets and chickens are suffering.

Did not like how they kept their chicks. Very cramped and not clean.
