We've been using Cross Pest Control since 2003. The first owner passed away some years ago, and the company is not the same today. Today, they do not answer emails---you have to call---and you have to wait three weeks if you need a re-treat (a warranty visit). Years ago, a re-treat involved a few days' wait at most. Now, the Tampa office says it can do nothing at all sooner than three weeks' time, if you have a problem. They said that's the best they can do with the technicians they have and the schedules they run. That's not the way it used to be. And it's not okay, when your customer is seeing roaches in the house.

The technician, Michael has always exhibited a high degree of professionalism. I highly recommend Cross Pest Control to my friends.

I have used cross pest control since my first home out of college which was 1998. Mile has been not only our technician but a part of our family! The service is always prompt and they text to let u know when they are coming. The people who schedule always answer the phone and are beyond helpful if u need to change the date of service. I cannot say enough good things about this company and especially Mike! He is professional and kind to all animals and he is absolutely thorough in making sure I never see a bug in my house!
