I hired this company for termite treatment, and what happened afterward was devastating. The day following the tent removal, I returned home and was met by the police at my door — that’s how I learned my second vehicle was missing and later found totaled. The car keys, which had been hanging on the rack by the entry, were no longer there after the service. In addition, several valuable and sentimental items were gone from my home. I would not recommend working with Ian McPherson or Custom Pest Management.

Gary performed a pre purchase home pest/termite inspection and was very informative, took the time to explain and thorough. I will definitely use Gary & Custom Pest Mgt for any future home pest treatment needs. Above 5 stars for sure. Thank You

Best team in St. Petersburg. Custom Pest Management have been my people for probably over 15 years at this point, and I will never use another pest company. Everyone on the team is wonderful and they have always gone above and beyond to help me over the years. I have used them for a rodent issue, tenting for termites and my quarterly pest maintenance. I can't say enough good things about them!

One of their driver,young kid in little pickup truck drives like its on Daytona Speedway, don't care about traffic and other people on the road. Unbelievable stupid and rude.

We used their services in June of 2019 and they forgot to tent our house. We went to the house to check and nothing was done. We had to chase them to actually do the work and then they tried to rush us into the house. We had rented a house for 3 days to stay out of their way and had to beg an extra night in our rental for their mistake. When we were told to return they left us waiting in our truck for over an hour with our three dogs waiting for someone to arrive to clear the house for entry. Over all experience was abysmal. We would never recommend this company.

Had a fruit rat in the house & they came out right away, sealed the outside, set traps and made sure all is well. No more problems and this could have been an infestation but for the fact they were timely and reasonably priced. Thank you for your service!

We use Custom Pest Management at our home for our preventive maintenance as well as referred them out to others. They are easy to work with and try there best to accommodate customers schedules. The people they send out are always friendly and professional.

Tented our house in January. Poor job, termite activity remains. Initially not very responsive, not interested in rescheduling and actually dealing with the problem. But they came out again this past week and re-tented again under warranty. Seems to have gone well so far. it was a bit hard to get on a schedule, but once the job started, communication was good. They even sent pictures along the way, as we were remote.

On May 20th ,2021, upon the recommendation of my realtor, I employed the company, Custom Pest Management. I needed them for the treatment of a long standing termite problem in my deceased mom’s house in Pinellas Park, Florida. I live in North Carolina and was nervous because I had arranged this from afar, AND wasn’t going to be able to even be anywhere close to Mom’s house to manage this necessity. I communicated with Yulyia in the office on many occasions prior to,…the day of,…and even after the treatment. She was AMAZING. She was SO much help, but also, honestly, one of the kindest people I’ve ever encountered. She was sympathetic AND empathetic to my situation, with the recent loss of my mom. She understood my attachment to this house which I’d grown up in, and that my mom lived in for 52 years. Her treatment of ME,…and the company’s subsequent treatment of the house, was exemplary. I craved knowing every detail of how the treatment would be accomplished…and, Yulyia, instead of being annoyed by my persistence, joyfully, even got the men on the job to snap several photographs of it all for me, and send them to me via her own cell phone. It made me feel like I was a part of it. Prior to the treatment, a contract was negotiated and clearly explained. The price agreed upon, was reasonable,…and actually BELOW other estimates I had received from various companies. Yulyia was in communication with me about what would take place, when… and the whole thing was accomplished in under 24 hours. In the days following the treatment, I did travel down. The house was inspected and safe…and clear of ANY bugs whatsoever. And in those few days, when I smelled what I believed to be something that must have died in the crawl space, Ian kindly and almost immediately came to help me. This was NOT part of our agreement, NOR part of his job. But MY circumstances and HIS generosity caused him to help. He literally crawled under the house and cleared a dead rodent. I will be forever grateful. Custom Pest Management cleared the termites and other pests from my mom’s house. And the new owners will be able to continue with its help and maintenance for a very reasonable price. This makes me feel good about the longevity of this very special home. Thank you Yulyia. Thank you Ian. Thank you Custom Pest Management. I certainly will recommend your services to any of Mom’s neighbors!!!

Thought it was going to a decent experience since the people we talked to from the beginning made it easy. Well, we get to the day of tenting and they have guys that don’t show up and try to move me to 3 days later. Normally, that would be okay but to have everything moved out and bagged up, just would’ve made double the work for us. Fortunately, they got it figured out. Come to the day we are supposed to be back in our, guys apparently don’t show up again, and they said after 5, 5 comes and goes, 630 now and no clear sign, get a call that someone won’t be there to check until 7-730. Now, we are waiting to go home and never got a response. Had to contact again the following morning just to find anything out. I get it’s busy season and people don’t always show up, those are things you have to prepare for unfortunately. I’m also understand because we both work outside, long days in the heat. That doesn’t excuse the lack of communication and run around that happened. Will not be recommending to anyone in the future.

I received an invoice for a fumigation renewal from Custom Pest Management which was set up under the previous homeowner. I called them up the day after receiving the invoice and said I will gladly pay as soon as you update the invoice to my name (from the previous homeowner's) and come out for an inspection. They said they were really busy and would need to get back to me. They did not. I waited 2 weeks and called back to ask a second time for an inspection and to have my name corrected on the invoice because it was spelled incorrectly. They told me again they were really busy and would need to get back to me. I said that was fine and I would pay the invoice once the inspector came out to take a look. The woman said that was fine but never returned my call to schedule the inspection. Will I need to call a third time?

Has to have the absolute worst drivers ever. Not only did he cut me off almost causing accident, but he drove a inch away from the car ahead of him causing him to ride his brakes.

This company tented are neighbors house and did not check under it before they gassed it and my cat was under the house and died. I called the company and they did not care or apologize. Do not use this company CUSTOM PEST MANAGEMENT THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANIMAL SAFETY!!!!

They are horrible business. Don't expect anything from them. They just dont care. If they do they would have solve our issue already! Their employees destroyed my parents property. DID not follow the contract at all! Ripped off their fence and broke their archway, broke and damage most of their plants AT 4 ft away from their side of house AND 6ft away from at the front of house! The contract said 12 inches! They stepped on their back aluminum roof porch! They threw tent down around the house with NOBODY on the ground to catch the tent. They ruin most all of the plants thr was further away from 12 in. To the house! Killed them by tent/ poison and walking on them. They left the water hose on running all night! Never shut it off! There was some things knocked down and curtains were down in their house! They worked hard to prepare for them, followed all the requirement that the company want them to do before they show up and tent it. DID THEY!? NO! I had to take all of the pictures. I am furious and shocked how they treated their property. I am beyond disgusted that they refuse to make it right with them. Did not return calls, emails, they showed up without letting them know... heres another worst part you won't believe. Their UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE, and DISRESPECTED "employee" was laughing at my parents. YES. LAUGHING!!!! And guess what.. their boss was standing next to that rude employee and DID NOTHING!!!!! What a grear boss isn't he!?!? Totalllly mess up!! That made it whole thing worst. They don't give a damn and DO NOT follow their contract. UNACCEPTABLE and beyond horrible company. We will update this ONCE this owner step it up and make it right and deal with his rude and disrespectful employee. My parents or anyone out there do NOT deserve this!!!!! I DO have the pictures! I'm digusted by all of this.

I wouldn't do business with this company if they paid Me Too! I have been trying to get them to remedy a rat issue at my house for over a year and still nothing but traps have been set.. traps will not fix a rat infestation. They are unprofessional as far as Having any value for your time, They're incompetent Secretary sets appointments on the phone with you only to give the wrong date and the wrong time to the inspectors, And when you call to try and figure out what happened because you sat here for 3 hours waiting for somebody that never showed up they tell you they don't know it's what they're secretary set there's no apologies there's no let's make it up to you will be right out there now bc your waiting on us there's nothing because they don't care. This company is good for spraying for spiders maybe but dont expect much beyond that... good luck if you decide to waste money with them.

Crazy driving on road by one of the companies trucks...called office. Was not interested and hung up on me. When you have your name on your vehicles I would think you' wouldcare. No more ants..perhaps no more human life!
