So, when I found out my million dollar house had termites I did what any normal person would do... I started planning my turkey fryer accident! But then I started thinking about the difficult conversations I would have with the authorities, like "So, you found out you had termites on Thursday, bought an open flame turkey fryer on Friday and decided you wanted to fry a turkey on Saturday? In July? No friends or family? A whole turkey for just you? No other food? Maybe some dressing? Not even a sweet potato? Can you see how this might seem a little odd?" Realizing that I might not be cut out for a life if crime, I gave Art a call and he talked my down from the edge of the abyss! By the end of the week chemical treatments were killing termites in my crawlspace and bait boxes were going after queens in the rest of my yard. I was out a few bucks, but at least I wasn't trading stamps for ramen for the next 15-20 years! Art literally saved my life. People say throw the first punch, the first week is the hardest, and other horrifying stuff about prison! People who know me all seem to agree that I wouldn't have lasted long enough to eat a bologna sandwich! They're probably being generous! In any event, even if you could make it last week one, you'll probably wish you hadn't! Thanks to Art, you don't have to find out!!! I'm being cheeky, but finding out you have termites is terrifying. We're conditioned to believe that termites are catastrophic, and they certainly can be! But they don't have to be thanks to modern chemicals and techniques used by the good people at Top Dog. I like dealing with local businesses. I believe in the importance of community building and good neighbors, so it makes sense to use a company like Top Dog. Maybe I drank the Kool-Aid at one too many Chamber events, or maybe it all comes down to not shitting where you eat. Even dogs understand this! People just treat their neighbors differently, so I really do value local business and community. Too Dog seems to live by those principles. Simple agreements and simple effective results is why I use Top Dog. The reason you should is because Art probably lives right down the street. When he told me he was on Goldsby road I knew exactly where they are! Their shop is literally a three minute drive to my house. I called them on Saturday, and by Wednesday the problems were solved and I am conpketely protected by warranty for the next 7 years!

We just started quarterly service with Top Dog Pest Control and I couldn’t be happier. Colton runs a solid operation, and Art — the technician who came out — was outstanding. For $125 on a quarterly setup, they handled everything. We had seen a few roaches inside, plus ants in the yard, fleas, and even some ticks. Art did a thorough inspection, treated the interior, set up traps where needed, and addressed the exterior issues as well. No rushing, no cutting corners. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. He explained what he was doing and made sure we felt confident about the treatment plan before he left. It’s rare these days to find a company that’s fair on pricing and actually delivers real service. If you’re looking for reliable pest control that covers it all without breaking the bank, Top Dog is it. Highly recommend.

Had top dog come out today. Brenton Adams did an amazing job. Treated the entire house inside and out extremely well. Also treat our entire yard with two types of treatments, One was agranule and the other was a spray. Super nice guy, very professional, did an amazing job with everything! Very pleased with the service.

The tech (Benton) that comes to our yard for spraying the mosquitoes does a really good job. Very meticulous and attentive to our needs. Provides courteous and friendly service. Highly recommend this company should you have any pests problems during the warm season.

The team at Top Dog Pest Control is nothing short of amazing. I had been battling a massive flea infestation for months when I finally found them. Not only were they professional, compassionate, and fairly priced, but they were also able to rid me of the flea plague that had become my existence. Their products are green and safe for humans and pets. There is no fogging, which is a waste of time and an incredible amount of work. If I had found them sooner I could have saved over 600$ in wasted treatments. Not to mention, living with fleas under your home which then find their way inside wears on your quality of life. Needless to say, their service finally took care of it. I am now a customer for life. I highly recommend them.
