Update Couch’s 👍👍my first review has changed. I am very happy with them . and will continue doing business with them. They came out 5 times with the last visit Mark came out and did a major job much more detailed. That seems to have done the trick. I will post more of this didn’t work but so far it has. 🤞

They're the best and the cheapest in the area. They took care of my termite problem. A++++++

I’ve been having issues for months with German cockroaches and other pest control gave me estimates between $1500 and $2000. After several weeks of pest control my German cockroach 🪳 is history. The price was right and affordable

good work but tell your employee not to ask to use bathroom---is in poor taste

Bought a home recently that had dry wood termites. Matt Couch did the inspection and what most impressed me was the thoroughness of the inspection and Matt's knowledge. He did a more thorough inspection than my home inspector did! His fantastic crew did a very fast and professional job of tenting the structure. I would highly recommend Matt Couch and his crew to anyone with termite/pest control needs.

Couch’s recently performed a termite inspection for me and it was a great experience. They were prompt, communicative, and thorough. I am very lucky that I do not have any issues, but I would use their remediation and preventative services if I did.

I tried three times to set up service with them. They either never called or called and left a message. If return the call and no one would respond. Then, I recently experienced one of their drivers driving very aggressively and reported it through their website. Again, no response. I was so disappointed after all their positive reviews but my experience has been awful.

Excellent value, competent staff. Took care of the German roaches in our van no problem. It was hell trying to do it myself. Definitely use these guys

They were very rude I would t use the ahain

I called for a consult for new service. The company is either disorganized or overwhelmed- I am not sure. However; my time was wasted. My first call was inquiry and I was informed a tech will call to setup. The first tech was very responsive. We discussed the concerns, he took my info and stated I will receive an email and or phone call regarding service date . I discovered an invoice in my door 2 days later. I was home the entire time. No phone call- no knock at the door. I called the office- spoke to Ani. She was pretty snippy and rude and before I could tell her that my email on the invoice was incorrect she abruptly informed me “you were emailed and it went through “. Next- I told her that I was home and nobody knocked on my door or called me so I wasn’t sure what was serviced. She stated “the exterior” ! Ani was very abrupt and quick to pass me over to the tech before addressing a few questions that I had - I was then transferred to the tech to discuss. When I spoke to him and inquired about the specific outdoor issue- he stated that nobody told him about that matter. I told him it was CLEARLY written on the invoice that he left me. They did offer to come back out and do the services that they billed me for but at this point- I do not trust them and I do not appreciate having to advocate for myself and micromanage my services.

Had my house tented 3 times in 4 years all for the same thing kept coming back payed extra for more chemical nothing changed

I called this company to help me with a yellow jacket nest and requested a bid to do my regular bug maintenance. I was told that the tech needed to call me. I never received a call.

Exposed my family and I to harmful chemicals saying it was "Safe" to enter the home came home to it fully sealed no windows open to air it out, ac still turned on and yet we come home and sit there for a few hours with our children and notice HORRIBLE side effects like migrans, nausea, and burning itchy eyes, called poison controll and they said to leave the home immediately that the house has not fully aired out and the ac was just recycling the chemicals through out our house.

They come and throughly spray everywhere and the control does work. No odor

I called 3 different times to set up a monthly pest control service, each time they picked up and said they will call back later that day to discuss pricing and services I should consider. Each time, they did not call me back and I even waited 48 hours between calls to make sure it wasn't because they were busy. The only reason I am not giving them one star is because they did my termite inspection a few weeks ago and the guy that came out was very helpful and proactive.
