Steve Rudd, owner, sprayed my house and I now will be continuing once a month service on this rental. He did a really good job. I trust him to come in each month and do this service and I don't feel the need to watch his every move.
Just had a representative at my door. I politely told him I was not interested in changing my service. But he obviously wasn't listening and continued to force the conversation. I again told him I was not interested. He then became verbally rude and left.
Very knowable about what he is doing, personable and gives good advices how to deal with wood damage of any sort.
