I am comparing this to the well known company I used to work with, OMG, Kingfish, so professional, amazing customer service!, at first looks expensive but then you will see it is worth it and at the end is cheaper than the other company, and this one including mosquito control. So grateful I found them!

Forces you to sign An electronic email agreement before even making a appointment or coming out I do not appreciate this business behavior as that’s very sketchy they should have the person come out and explain the agreement/treatment on the day you schedule your treatment

My house has NO issues with pest. I ask them to spray my camper as the last company did.When they went into our 30 ft camper they found 1 german cockroach.THEN I WAS TOLD BECAUSE OF GERMAN COCKROACHES IT WOULD BE ANOTHER $350.00!!!!!!! I was shocked. I hired them to do my pest control NOW they tell me because they find a certain roach it will cost more.

Th tech was scheduled between 4 and 6. At 645, he showed up and a few calls back and forth telling me he would be a little after 5, then a little after 6, he was getting his tires done. Should have sent another tech. He was really nice, but don't get tires done during a time frame which you have customers set up. This was our first experience with them.

We got a pre drywall inspection done by Inspect-All in our new home and were satisfied with the work that was done, as the inspector was able to find a damage that needed to be repaired. The only small problem we initially had was to be able to locate where the damage was actually located because the description did not match the picture we were shown. Other than that, communication and overall customer service experience was great, and I would recommend this company to friends and family.
