I am the Regional Manager for 5 Condo/Resorts on the West Coast of Florida. K9 P.I. has been performing monthly bedbug service at all 5 of the Resorts for the last 2 years. The nature of the business means that the company comes into contact with all types of people from all over the country. I cannot express how happy I am with the Company and the service that David and Christin provide. As you can imagine some people are less than welcoming when a stranger with a dog wants to walk through their vacation Unit/Room. I have had nothing but compliments on how the professional and respectful the inspectors have been. I would not hesitate to recommend K9 P.I. for any commercial or residential property.
