Many years ago I had a rat in my attic and truly Nolan caught it and took steps to protect me from further invasions. Last Winter I had a big ant invasion and Devan took steps to get rid of them. He’s thorough and always checks for pests. I appreciate his work!

Devin was great showed up as scheduled gave me a recap and some concerns to address and I sent him on his way with a cold bottle of water it’s Sept and it’s still hot as heck out there. I wanted to take a second to thank Warren Vanbramer for stopping by my home to look at a termite situation we started to have. Currently the company does not treat Dry Wood termites which is our problem. However with the free inspection, Warren provided a wealth of knowledge and tips regarding keeping our home bug free. I would be happy to use their services in the future and hope Truly Nolen knows what a quality brand ambassador Warren is for the company he works for.

Give it a -0, but I can’t. Serviced my house 3 time in one month. Still the bugs showed up. There products of dry chemicals DON’T WORK! It’s a sham service. They won’t return my money, so I had to go to my credit card company. I explain the problem to them and they voided the payment. Please, Please don’t use them they don’t know what they are doing!

Wish I knew what service was done. Manny would ring the bell to let us know what service was being done.

I signed a "4 season pest prevention" contract for $607.05 on 9/19/2019 with The Truly Nolen branch in The Villages, Fl. We both were told that it included 4 seasonal treatments. Looks like that was what they charge just to get their services. They did the very "1st treatment" (1st time they did any treatment) on 9/23/2019. I was sent a bill for $135.00. 3 weeks later on 10/18/2019 they did another treatment and charged $126.00 Please explain these three questions. (Respond to my email address) #1) Why did I pay $607.05 for "4 seasonal treatments" and every time they come out they want to charge me? #2) Why would they do two treatments in 3 weeks and charge me? #3) If I pay for each visit what is the $607.05 for?

Warren was fine. He did his job well. I do have a question...and I did call but was put on hold for too long a time and had to leave. I received two invoices...but I also paid over $400 on behalf of my owner. What was the $400+ for?

Had Truly Nolan for 15 yrs where I used to live with no problems at all. The Villages office has yet to get the billing correct since I have had them here. I was told the Manager would call when I threatened to cancel the contract but I have yet to hear from them. Very disappointed after such a great relationship with my prior office.
