Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

Abel was amazing!! His inspection was thorough and he promptly identified the area of concern in my home. While others might have said the “fix” was too difficult because it involved a high ceiling, Abel was determined to address the issue today- and he did! He takes pride in his work and it shows! I was so impressed with his attitude and professionalism!!

James was great. I had a terrible subterranean problems. James immediately assessed the problem treated, and circle back on a follow up and effectively explained and resolved the problem. Chris R was a fantastic sales person. Thank you for recommending and facilitating resolving the problem.

I can’t say enough about James who came today and took care of covering up all the holes outside our home to make sure no critters got inside. He then entered the attic that was like a furnace and put the traps. He did this all with a smile on his face. He is truly a good soul.

I had a great experience thus far with Truly Nolen. I called them on Wednesday and was able to schedule a visit for Friday. Frank was very nice and would highly recommend him.

James P is doi g an incredible job, but we are very disappointed that they were suppose to have a second person come to help with the work and they had him do all the work himself with such a big house. They kept telling us two people would come and that did not happen.

JP is the best! He is the only one that saw the hole where the rats are going in the house. Three people already inspected and miss the hole and based on the picture of the hole it’s definitely where the rats get in. Thanks JP

As we have come to admire and respect, Truly Nolen provided our home with thorough and excellent service. With the demolition of so many homes in our neighborhood, the rodent population has migrated and regularly visits our backyard. Chris from Truly Nolen did a helpful inspection. The implementation team led by James was professional, courteous and responsive to our particular issue. James did a comprehensive job of ensuring that nothing could enter our house and that rodent deterrents were placed in our backyard. This is an enthusiastic 5 stars!

I made a mistake choosing Truly Nolen. 6 months ago out of no where we started getting random big roaches. We reached out to them for assistance for lack of better judgement. 4 months in, not only are we still getting big roaches but additionally baby roaches. I called in to cancel the contract to which I was met with a hostile woman letting me know that I would have to pay a cancellation fee. She was cutting me off while I was speaking and being just plain unprofessional. I’m soft-spoken and respectful of others in any interaction, her response was unwarranted. I decided to remain with them since I did not want to pay the cancellation fee. They sent someone to my house who was not mean but attempted to hold us accountable for still getting roaches because we did not block all the “entry points”. My argument was we always had the “entry points”, what we did not have were the roaches. They debated that everybody gets roaches. We have a solid relationship with our neighbors and we asked them if they have this kind of issues, they told us this is far from common in their homes. They may see 1 or 2 creeping up from outside every couple of months, as opposed to us who see multiple every other week. It is unrealistic to go blocking every possible entry point in the house, but I believe that this is an excuse to not be held accountable for their poor service. If you have made it this far through this long-winded review (which I apologize for), please consider other options other than Truly Nolen. They have sent multiple people out to my home, every one giving a different reason why they think this is still occurring, and went from promising that they would get rid of the roach issue to saying they can only manage it. Do better Truly Nolen. Stop taking people’s money while providing incredibly unsatisfactory services, or at least relieve them of their contract. Be accountable, do better.

By far the best experience I have had with a service company. Everyone from the techs that go to the house and do the best work all the way to those one the customer service on the phone. This company knows the business of customer service and I couldn’t be happier to have worked with every single individual throughout the whole process. Having an immune compromised family member and every single employee went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable and safe means the world to me. I wholeheartedly recommend Truly Nolen they are the epitome of professionalism. Thank you. I want to make sure I mention James P who has been such an amazing help. He went above and beyond. As I mention every time I call I wish I didn’t need to use Truly Nolen (because I don’t want rodents in the house) but I am so blessed I was able to have them work on my home!!!! Thank you so much

I had a Termite treatment done by one Mr Abel Sanabria let me tell you this gentleman helped me a lot with even moving our furniture around educate me a lot on everything that had to do regarding termites he did an excellent job on the treatment side explaining to me each and every single step of the service, I couldn’t have asked for a better individual to come and service my home I will be suggesting Truly Nolen and Abel to many of my neighbors and family members as well, thank you Abel and also Chris the Inspector wonderful job and I saw how good Abel and Chris Communicate they were on the phone discussing everything regarding my home I couldn’t tell this two gentleman care about me and the Service I will be contacting Chris for more Services I want moving forward hope Abel is the tech also providing those Services Thank you Truly Nolen.

Thank GOD for Hector & James P . For taking care of my termite issues .. hector explained the service to make me comfortable. James took the time out to show & send me pictures of the process. Inject my wall , spray my attic , and help me clean out my kitchen cabinets just so he can treat it for me .. out of all the termite techs that could’ve came to do my service I’m glad Truly Nolen sent me James . I hope all my treatments are done with James if possible . Hold on to this GEMSTONE.. the work is hard but he makes it look easy. Thank You Truly Nolen again. And moving forward I now know what to look for to make sure I have termites or not

Excellent service by Jorge. I have been in my home for ten years but have had a recent ant infestation that I simply could not get control of on my own. He took time to not only assess the problem but also offered detailed insight on ways to prevent future infestations. If you are like me and are at your wit's end, these are the guys to call!

It gives me great pleasure to write this review for Abel Sanabria. We had recurrent issues with Rodents in spite of multiple attempts to control it. Finally Abel was deputed, he made a thorough inspection and found the issue proceeded with exclusion and I am glad to say that worked. He has been equally successful in handling Termite issues. Abel was amazing! First of all, he explained everything in great detail and carefully checked every area of my home. I got a little bit of education that was very insightful as well. He provided cautionary solutions to potential problems and was courteous and professional at all times. He was neat and careful with my furniture and boxes in the attic.
