Great experience from start to finish. Justin, Greyson, and their field technician did an excellent job repairing my irrigation system. They were very knowledgeable, took the time to explain what was going on, and made sure everything was fixed the right way. Over the past two years, since being introduced to Charlie and his outstanding team (Justin, Corey, Brian, Chris, John, and others) I've been thoroughly impressed. This crew has been phenomenal, consistently staying at the top of their craft. As someone who's not particularly familiar with Florida's unique biology and botany, I especially appreciate how patiently and thoroughly they've addressed every concern and question I've had. Central Florida's extreme environmental conditions from intense heat, heavy seasonal rains, hurricanes, pests have created real hurdles for keeping yards thriving. Yet this team consistently comes up with proactive and effective solutions to mitigate and overcome these challenges, always going the extra mile to assist me personally whether that's developing targeted strategies to reduce my persistent mosquito issues or explaining plant health and the best pruning techniques. On the irrigation side I don't think I've met anyone that is so exceptional when it comes to their mastery of zoning and pressure balancing.

We parted ways amicable but we had a few moments. All in all the company is good and will work with you if something goes wrong. Keep an eye on your tech and make sure you know when they come to your house and apply treatments. It will save you a massive headache and aggravation.

I am please with the service from Leo. Leo has great customer service and is knowledgeable. If there are any concerns I may have or what he has notice on my lawn, he definitely informs me of it and explains what may be the cause and also the steps to take to help resolve the issue. He also keeps me updated with my service dates and notifies me when he will be out, Great communication! Keep up the great work, Leo!

I have used Florida's Finest Lawn service for a while now and the technician that services my lawn is the same tech who for years now has serviced my lawn. I address my concerns with him directly and he with his knowledge and expertise explains the best plan to proceed forward. The battle against the weeds is nonstop. Overall I am happy with the service, when the grass is green and the weeds are few, it's a beautiful picture.

My Service Guy was Leo he did an excellent job at restoring my Lawn and bringing it back to Life!!! I would highly recommend Florida’s Finest to anyone that is having problems with their lawn or irrigation system, they are top notch, and very professional.

The management of this company has integrity and Takes responsibility for their work. Our experience with them has been truly outstanding. We are fortunate to have found them.

Great until they weren’t. Loyal customer for almost 8 yrs even though they would repeatedly not lock my pool gate back. Never got an apology either. I called multiple times about it because I have 4 kids 8 and under. Seems like in Florida it would be a HUGE rule to make sure it was closed all the way. Another issue is they were the only people in an empty house we just bought and a door ended up being broken. They swear it wasn’t the technician which is fine but maybe meet in the middle? Give next month’s bill a percentage off or at the very least apologize just in case it was the technician. Nope. All I got was a too bad. They wouldn’t let me speak to the owner. The manager gate keeps all the bad from him. And the receptionist is also very rude.

I’ve had the service for a couple of years now and it’s been great. We had a rough summer with chinch bugs but to his/their credit Derek was out there constantly trying new ideas and was able to get it under control. We had to patch some areas with new sod and that came out really good, the company they used did a great job and put down quality grass. I definitely recommend Florida’s Finest.

I have had the absolute worst experience with Fl Finest lawn and pest. Fl finest offered me very little customer support. When i asked for help none was offered. My lawn was a disaster due to this service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. 1/10 would not recommend.

I had two properties with them. My lawn was horrible Had to constantly keep an eye on my lawn. I switched and my lawn is already improving with the new company and they lookout for my lawn. I only wrote this because I spent a lot of money with this company and Sadly trusted them

After paying a few hundred dollars for their weed service over the past 6 months, the lawn does not look any better than before. It took me pleading with them to come out and look at the crab grass. They sprayed again and it eventually killed most of the crabgrass but there's still a lot of other types of weeds.

Hugely disappointed. They initially accepted that they had messed up my lawn with inadequate spraying then decided they weren't going to fix it. Then they blamed my irrigation - surprise. I'm now with Drake who are totally happy with my irrigation and already making super progress. Had some puerile emails from the owner too - needs to grow up a bit. Go elsewhere, in my opinion.

Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend this company. I also found the replies to the negative feedbacks on this google map site to not be very professional.

My husband and I hired this company to exterminate spiders from inside of our home in early May. We asked specifically if their one-time spray option (instead of semi annual) would kill the spiders residing in our newly purchased home to which multiple reps said yes. They sprayed in the attic, throughout the house, and outside the house. The next day we saw more than quadruple the number of spiders as usual which was obviously alarming. After calling and speaking to them, they said it's normal for that to happen and we would need to wait it out for at least 3 weeks before they could do anything. After the 3 weeks, I called again because we were still seeing more and more. I asked if they could come and spray again because clearly they didn't take care of the issue the first time. The pest control manager came out and sprayed the outside of the house and left. I called the manager to find out why they didn't treat the attic and they said that they treated the outside so more spiders don't come in. I made it very clear on day one and at that time that the issue is the spiders are already inside. The office manager said we would basically have to wait for the spiders to die off after starving and he would contact a company they work with to figure out how long that can take. Never heard from him again after speaking to him in late May early June. We ended up having to hire another company to do the job that they clearly weren't skilled for and the new company was able to get rid of the spiders on the first try. Florida's Finest hasn't been in contact with us, didn't offer to refund the money we paid, or didn't offer to give us an account credit to use for a different service of theirs. I would use literally any other company, someone who can actually get the job done. This company is just a bunch of scammers. I don't recommend wasting your time or money on them. We're now out $155.

Our lawn has been taken care of by Florida's Finest for years. In March we installed a brand new lawn and irrigation system after we replaced our septic drain field. Six months later our yard looks like it hasn't been maintained much. We have crabgrass, sage, and other weeds they say they treat all over the lawn. We also have patches where the grass is thinning out badly and yellow splotches throughout. Justin came out twice and said they'd treat it again and it's getting worse. It sure feels like they're just spraying water on the lawn. Very disappointed.

This company is a fraud , this company doesn’t ever pick up the phone ! And the man who came to spray our home for a follow up because I informed him I wanted a clean home before giving birth stole $60 and claims we never gave him the money and his boss claims we are liars and don’t believe us , yet he doesn’t work there anymore mhm.... I’ve already filled with the better Business Bureau about this company don’t waste your time !
