Woody was extremely gracious with his time providing comment to me for a news story I was working on for school. While I did not hire AWT for services, Woody spoke to me same-day and spent a good half hour with me allowing me to record him for my project. I greatly appreciate it and can tell they care about people!

So far everyone I have talked to from this company is polite and respectful. They have all done a great job. They are very thorough and take pride in their work. I needed pesky squirrels removed from an attic. They got them all out humanely and sealed up the house at all the points they try to use to get in. So far they have come back 2 additional times to seal up more places or reseal where the squirrels started chewing on the house to get back in. So it’s not just wham, bam, thank you ma’am. They make sure you get what you paid for and come back until the job is completed. I would definitely recommend Animal Wildlife Trappers!

Harrison did a fantastic job of explaining the procedure and auditing the home to design a comprehensive eradication/prevention plan (rat infestation). Woody and Harry were excellent technicians, super professional and very friendly. I highly recommend Animal Wildlife Trappers, as they are the best in central Florida - and this is a job where you need to hire the best!

Harry arrived at our house and was very professional and knowledgeable. Helped us understand where the squirrels could be entering and quickly sealed them up. Would highly recommend their services!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Harry Fisher was fantastic! He helped us get rid of the squirrels above our garage and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He was friendly, informative, and very professional from start to finish. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people. Really nice guy — highly recommend!

Woody is a very nice, selfless man. He was servicing another apartment at my complex when I asked him for a favor. I needed to retrieve something on my roof and didn't have a ladder. Woody did not hesitate, came over to my building, got out his ladder, and climbed up to my roof for me. I appreciate the help, Woody!

Woody was able to address some issues with our roof returns to seal our roof returns and remove any little critters that had previously managed to find their way into our attic. He was personable, knowledgeable, and honest. I’d highly recommend his work.

Harrison came out when we suspected we may have had some critters in the attic. Great news that we didn’t, but excellent customer service and he answered all of our questions. If anyone has any animal Issues, we highly recommend Animal Wildlife Trappers!

We used Animal Wildlife Trappers in 2017 to remove critters in the attic. The guarantee is 3 years. In 2024, we had the same issue. They promptly took care of the problem. We saw rats around the home, then we reached out for a follow-up. They were prompt in coming to our home: setting traps etc. then returned a few days later to see if any activity. Thankfully nothing got into our home. They gave us solutions for the exterior which is not part of their scope of work. Highly recommend this company. They also have great service and keeps the customer informed.

Woody was wonderful. He always kept me aware of his arrival time, what he was doing and what the next steps were and photos of the mitigations. I feel like my house is critter proofed and very secure with what was accomplished.

I recommend this company to anyone and everyone who is not sure where to start. I had squirrel problem for last three years and I tried few different companies but no one was honest, Professional, reasonable and effective like these folks. They helped me a lot I must say and they know the work very well. My house and attic is huge and bit complicated but they sealed it and removed everything from inside. Whenver I felt emergency, they scheduled me next day or so and solved the issue. Overall I give them more than 5 and yes I will continue using them for the future and recommend them to everyone. Specially thanks to Woody and Alden for being great help.

This company provided great and timely service. Had issues with several squirrels living in my attic, and our assigned rep Woody was great at explaining the process and to my wife ( I was out of town) and then sealing all potential entries and setting the necessary traps. In a matter of weeks the problem was solved and the work is warrantied for 3 full years. I fully reccomend AWT and particularly our technician Woody. Overall 5 stars!

William "Woody" Harris was a very knowledgeable and thorough technian. Animal Wildlife Trappers are an excellent company. They have very pleasant and helpful employees. They go above and beyond in their service and honor their warranties! I highly recommend them.

Squirrels were nesting in the attic and needed to find a new home. The reps for this company are quite nice and informative. I felt good with the initial assessment and then the work done., as well as the follow up. Woody was great to work with. Would recommend them highly.

Kudos to Woody and Harrison for their professional and friendly demeanor when assessing and addressing the opossum issues in my attic and around my Winter Garden home. Harrison provided the initial inspection and assessment of the situation, and offered a friendly, fair and comprehensive estimate. Once the work order was authorized, Woody came to service my attic and roof area, which had been visited by opossums and, likely, racoons and squirrels as well. Woody was polite and professional, and he explained everything he needed to do in detail before doing it. This set my mind at ease, and made me feel more confident about selecting your company for this project. He made three separate visits to my home within the month to complete the service and ensure that the animals were safely kept away from any potential entrances. Woody and Harrison both provided photos from their inspection inside the attic, and of the areas that needed to be serviced on the roof and other areas. My conversations with both men were informative, and I feel confident that Woody’s work in particular will help keep the critters out of my home for the remainder of the three-year warranty. Thank you for your patience, professionalism and excellent service. I am happy to recommend Animal Wildlife Trappers to my neighbors and friends.

Joseph got the job done effectively. They are very busy, so we had to wait to get on the schedule.

Animal Wildlife Trappers is the most professional / thorough animal trapping company I have used since moving to Florida over 30 years ago. Special shout out to Woody and Scott who were the techs that completed the project. They are excellent representatives of the company; their knowledge, workmanship ethics and integrity are truly a mark of excellence. I would highly recommend using them if you are experiencing any issue with nuisance wildlife.

My service tech Scott was so detailed, on time for his three appointments, well communicated, absolutely recommended Animal Wildlife trapper for your home!

I appreciate a company that stands by their work and this company has readily come by whenever the critters get back into my attic area. They have plugged up new openings created by these persistent critters, laid traps and come back to check the traps. Evan has been my rep and he is very reliable and thorough. He comes at the time scheduled, no waiting around all day like some companies who come way past the agreed upon time. Appreciate this company helping me with a noisy raccoon family of five who have made my attic their home. And then with a rat that scratched around and then died. Thanks Trappers!

They racially profiled us and called the cops on us for sitting in our car while getting it detailed at the business next door today. No reserved parking signs or anything in the spot that we were parked. No signs or anything for parking. The blonde short haired women walked out of her shop, gave us a nasty look, and proceeded to call the cops. I was a traumatic experience. I don't know how many people they do this to. They are clearly not good people and I wouldn't give them your business. The lady didn't bother to inquire with us or anything. She took one look and called the cops.

I made an appointment, and the manager “Tiffany” called me 12 hours later, demanding payment in full like a bill collector. When the appointment was set, no one told me I had to pay in full before service and neither did the digital estimate sent after making the appointment. I had no issue paying in advance, but the manager “Tiffany” was so rude that I canceled my service. She treated me like I was trying to get out of paying, and I was not. I asked to speak with the owner or someone above her, and she refused. I was floored by how bad the customer service was before I used the company. I can only imagine what it would be like if I had issues and needed managerial support. Wow… somebody hates their job. I’ll take my $500 elsewhere.

Melissa, sorry to hear about your experience. I left you a voicemail message to discuss this further with you. Feel free to reach back out if needed. Unfortunately our calls are not recorded. But I will be reviewing the camera footage from inside our office to see our side of what was said to you on each of your interactions with us. Rest assured, if I find something that was out of line, it will be addressed.

All the best.

Chris

The driver of Vehicle #116 shouldn’t be allowed to drive this company car if he doesn’t know how to do so safely. Unsafe, unprofessional and zero accountability for his forceful manner.

The services they offer sound “worry free” at the time they’re being offered but do not fall for it. This company will do the bare minimum and does not posses the level of expertise they charge for. We hired this company to remove squirrels from our attic that were entering through a soffit vent on the backside of our house. There was a squirrel that we observed entering & exiting as well as a visible nest sitting on the existing screen vent. We paid nearly $1600 for this exclusion service which comes with a three year warranty. As part of this service, I’d say (I’m being generous) around $400 of materials & labor was used to secure the access points. Math tells me that the other $1200 we spent was for their “expertise & service” when dealing with the problem. When the technician was sealing the property, I asked several times if they plan to remove the nest to which they responded “no, it looks like an old nest. If there were babies there, we would know” to which I obliged. After the job was complete, in the hours following I noticed an adult squirrel chewing a hole in the side of our home, causing the damage which we hired them to help avoid. I immediately called the office when I spoke with a manager who informed me that this was normal & part of the process. During this call she assured me that there were no baby squirrels present in the attic and even bragged that the squirrel trying so desperately to enter was “evidence of how good of a job they did” keeping them out. Per her recommendation, I spent the rest of my Friday evening chasing off the squirrel with a water hose as I watched my home continue to be damaged. When I woke up the following morning, the squirrel was back and continuing to damage my home (there was also now a downed cable line that they had chewed through). Upon further inspection, I could see a baby squirrel foot and tail dangling from the newly formed gap. I immediately called their office to inform them of the situation where I waited over 6 hours for a return call. During this time, I had no choice but to remove the metal paneling they had installed and remove the baby squirrel myself to avoid further damage. A great way to spend my Saturday morning after hiring a company to take care of this issue for me. When speaking again to the manager later that day, they took 0 accountability despite my numerous questions around having babies in this attic. No offer to repair the damage caused by their negligence, barely an apology. This company seems to do a good job when “things go right” but struggles with customer service when they fail you as a customer. Be wary, there are other companies that offer similar services who will offer solutions when things go wrong. This is not one of them.

It is our sincerest hope, that since the time of writing this review, that we have been able to change Mr Alpuin's assessment of our company. After receiving this review, our C.O.O. went to meet Mr Alpuin and his landlord in-person to walk the property and discuss his issues with our service. We reviewed the damage to his property, and made a plan to directly address each of his complaints; including repairing the damage created by squirrels.

The gnawed wood on the side of the customer's home was repaired, and repainted. The areas of concern on the exterior of his property were addressed. In addition, a partial refund was given for customer satisfaction, as well as an extension of the guarantee that came with his service.

The experience that Mr Alpuin had was in no way consistent with the level of service that we strive to provide. Although we cannot guarantee that we will never make a mistake, we can guarantee that we will always stand behind our service and employees, and will always attempt to do the right thing for the customer.

My mother called for an estimate for service and she was very rudely hung up on. That excuse might have worked had I not been there with her when she made the call and able to hear the entire conversation. But I suppose it is easier to blame the customer. Don't worry, we're taking your advice and going with someone else
Provider response
Hello, sorry your mother felt like she had a negative experience. However, all incoming phone calls are monitored for quality assurance - and after reviewing the call from your mother at 1:12pm today - I can rest comfortably letting the rest of our customers know, that what you stated, is not AT ALL what happened.

Your mother called for an estimate. Our representative politely explained that our process is to provide a complimentary home inspection to assess the situation before providing pricing and services. This is a standard process for our industry; that has worked for all customers for over 10 years – without issue.

Your mother's tone and attitude immediately changed upon being told we could not provide an estimate TODAY. She very aggressively insisted that she could send us a copy of an inspection report of her property that was done recently as she is trying to sell her home. She asked that we provide her an estimate based on the inspection provided to her by someone else. We do not do this. No good company would. Every home is different, and our approach is custom-tailored to your home – it requires a full diagnosis of all issues. It is impossible to know the amount of work that is needed to fix a wildlife issue, without first inspecting the home and formulating a plan.

I am proud to say that my employee handled herself in a professional manner, and that the reality is – your mother did the hanging up on us! Best of luck.

I was honestly really excited for this referral. Two of my close friends had both used this service and had amazing results. Myself.... Very different story. A technician came over told me what to do... seriously that’s why I called a service. If I could do it myself I would. Second after I did what he told me to do and I called back because we still had the problem AWT refused to come back out. Said it was out of their hands. I asked what do you mean you didn’t do anything?... I was told they wouldn’t come back. There isn’t any exaggeration in this review. Seriously AWT why don’t you want our business???
Provider response
Mr Trapp,

First and foremost - We do apologize that you were unhappy with the no charge inspection that was provided to you at your home in March. A brief conference with the Inspector involved revealed some specifics that made your home difficult for us approach with a “Wildlife Exclusion” – the approach that we provide as a company. From our inspectors explanation – the house was already sealed (the services that we provide) through a series of DIY and efforts from a different company.

After completing an assessment of your home; the inspector believed that the majority of the seal-up work in-place was adequate to keep rodents out. The only EXTERIOR potential entry points were narrowed down to a few “weep holes” on the rear of the structure that our inspector did not find any evidence of rodent traffic on. He says he stated (as advice) that these areas should be sealed more permanently to eliminate them as a future entry point. Other than these weep holes, no other areas on the structure needed to be sealed. Due to the DIY efforts that had been done before at the home, the inspector believed that these repairs would be easy to complete based on what he could see you had already achieved at the home. These small holes at the back of your property were the only potential items that our service could cater too, the rest of the work that we typically perform, had already been completed at the property.

Simply put, our inspector did not believe we could fix your problem through a regular Wildlife Exclusion. Rodents usually leave behind evidence of their presence on an entry-point (in the form of gnaw marks, rubs and snagged fur) and the weep holes outlined as potential entry points during your inspection did not have these cues present – leading him to believe they were not actively being used.

Without a distinguishable main entry point from the exterior, and the volume of activity you were experiencing inside - the inspector did not believe this problem was caused by an exterior entry point, but more likely an abandoned pipe in the walls of your home from a re-piping in the past. At that time, our inspector recommended you pursue your problem with a plumber, as the home was already sealed and our services were not applicable to the specific situation that you are in. Unfortunately, we are not licensed plumbers and are unable to provide the service that we believe would have made a difference to your problem.

A free inspection was provided, during which we discovered our regular wildlife exclusion approach (that worked so well at your friends’ homes) would not work at your home. Without a service that we at AWT could provide to help you with your service, the Inspector did what he thought would help you best – send you in the direction of a service that COULD resolve your problem.

At Animal Wildlife Trappers we take on projects that fall inside our wheelhouse. We are not in the business of selling services that we DO NOT believe will solve your problem.

[PLEASE NOTE: OUR C.O.O. REACHED OUT TO THE CUSTOMER TO SCHEDULE A SECOND WALKTHROUGH / DISCUSS HIS CONCERNS WITH OUR FREE INSPECTION – THE OFFER WASS DECLINED]

Chris Welsh
Chief Operating Officer | AWT Orlando

Hired them to come get rid of animals in the attic, and after 2 weeks of setting up rat traps, they caught absolutely nothing. I told them I had caught rats prior, and had recently caught something larger but wasn't sure what. After several failed trappings, I had to tell them to switch bait. I also told them rats may not be the issue. They continued settings the same trap for only rats, while I'm sure what is up there is much larger. Now after 2 weeks of wasted money, I still have animals in the attic every night. Communication was poor regarding when they were coming, it was not consistent...sometimes schedule-time texts, sometimes calls from a different number so you would then miss a day you paid for, sometimes I had to call them and ask when they were coming back. Some days were an hour later with no phone call for common courtesy. Said since they didn't catch anything, would do an extra week free, and wasted my time setting up additional times, only to come back the next day and say they couldn't come for free anymore. Super unprofessional company and no solution to my problem.
Provider response
We do apologize if your experience with our scheduling was not satisfactory – this is not a complaint we often receive. Changes are currently being implemented to create a more centrally managed schedule – which will prevent future issues like this from reoccurring.

In regards to the statements above. The scope of all services sold are determined during the initial inspection and agreed to with the customer before any work starts. In this instance; the customer was sold a two-week period of rat trapping ONLY.

Rodent entry points on the exterior of the home were pointed out to the customer during the initial inspection and the customer agreed to handle the sealing of those areas themselves while we provided our trapping service over the course of weeks. Some areas were sealed during the process (customer DIY), however the technician made the customer aware that there were still gaps allowing rodent entry and that the seal-up work was not sufficient to keep rodents out.

A quick review of the account notes, as well as a conference with the technicians involved determined that a single rat was caught during the two-week trapping process. The customer received the service that she agreed to – we provided 6 visits to her home to set and follow-up on rat traps over the pre-agreed period – no guarantees can be made to the success of trapping efforts while entry points on the exterior of the home continue to be left open.

Great service. Quick, Easy, and knowledgeable. Did not give 5 stars due to the repair job not being that great.

They were timely and thorough in the quotation process. After reviewing the proposed work, and given an upcoming roof replacement, I decided to request a quote modification removing some of the ancillary services such as plumbing vent repair and ridge vent sealing. I did so via phone and their website. I even left messages on their voicemail and their answering service. They chose to ignoring me and not call me back or provide a quote modification. Sadly, I was ready to place an order with them for removal and repair services but I can't seem to get them to communicate. I guess this is good since am not stuck with a company that has such a low regard for their customers.

Buyer beware- Had rats getting into our attic. Massey's contracted them to seal our roof. Animal Wildlife over promised under delivered. They charged $1200 and were here a total of 70 minutes. Nice hourly rate. Told us they were done, but had sold us on that they would be back and set traps, do future inspections, and place tracking powder in attic. After a complaint to Massey's they came back for 10 more minutes of work. Way way over charged for the amount of work. DO NOT USE there are much better and cheaper company's to seal your attic.
