i have been with "Say No to Bugs" for 6 years. My mother with them for 8 years beforehand. Great communication. My new technician (a former employee who has returned) She is MAGNIFICENT!

Extremely accommodating to our last-minute request for a termite inspection, and even waited an extra 30 minutes to be given access. They were friendly, professional, and got the report to us the same day. We were happy to support this local, family-owned business.

We've been using Say No To Bugs for 14 years and have had no termites or rodents in our attic. Occasionally have some very small ants come in clusters but another spot specific treatment usually takes care of the ants.

Rick proactively contacts us when its time for our next preventative treatment. He is courteous and friendly and generally can schedule us in fairly quickly. He does a thorough job and we rarely ever see a bug.
