One star is generous. This company used to have customer service—now it clearly doesn’t. After trying for over a month, I finally got through to someone named Chris, who was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, as if my call was a bother. Very disappointing experience. Do not recommend.

My experience with Joe today was fantastic. This is the second time he has come out to assess for suspected termite activity. On both occasions he was thoughtful, professional and responsive. Although no treatment was necessary, Joe took his time explaining what to look for in the future: I will definitely continue to use Gardens Pest Control for any future concerns!

This company disappeared when it was time to renew my annual contract. I left them a voice message asking for an explanation, no response. They did the same thing to me 2 years ago and then eventually called me back. This company is very unprofessional, I will NEVER do business with them again.

I have been calling every day except Sunday for a week and have not gotten a call back. I have been a customer since 2014. What's up with that?!

I’m not one to write reviews but i was very impressed with Louis and Frank. They were on time, respectful and courteous. They answered all my questions and explained things very thoroughly. Joe who did the inspection was also great!! Great company and happy I hired them for my termite problems. The office staff is also very friendly as I had called other pest control company’s and the person answering the phone was rude and didn’t seem to want my business.

This company just did my termite treatment (they actually haven’t even left my driveway yet), and I felt compelled to write a review immediately. These gentlemen were fantastic! Jeff was extremely knowledgable and happy to answer all my questions. He and Louis were very respectful of me and my home. I couldn’t have asked for a more courteous, professional service. From the first phone call, to the inspection, to the treatment, Gardens Pest Control has provided trustworthy, top notch service.

This is place is the best! They helped get rid of infestation and they are REALLY helpful!! To be honest this isn't a debate but I confirm this place has good value and consistency then, Home & Garden Pest Control.. They help with all sorts of things like, Ticks, Wasps, Ants and a whole lot more. The staff is wonderful along with their expert "Terminator's"!! Thank you:)

Monique was very responsive to call me back and answered all of my questions.

They have good products that are better than the ones you would find at a regular retailer. The hours posted on the door for Saturday said 10:00am-2:00pm, went there around 12:30pm and the store was closed. Called the store and no one answered.

I signed annual contract with company. When I called they said my contract had expired. I guess to them a year is less then 365 days. Never totally eradicated ant problem. Hoping for better from a local business. Time to call national chain they seem to have more up to date methods of pest control.
