SWAT Mosquito Systems

Have had the system in for 2 or 3 years now and there’s been a noticeable reduction in the amount of mosquitoes we have in the back yard. Cost of topping up the tank has been negligible. Maintenance by their team quick and thorough. Jesse has been taking care of us since the beginning and has been very helpful and courteous. He had to fix a handful of nozzles, nick’s in the hoses and cut lines (all thanks to my landscapers). All said, I’ve been very happy with the investment. 🤙

This review is to reflect Client Delight regarding our purchase and subsequent installation of the SWAT System by true consumate professionals, Justin Long - Sales Rep, Jesse Diez & Shane Wingfield - the instalation crew. My wife and I have been weathering a lot of mosquito bites recently here in northeast Florida... so, we've chosen to procure a SWAT Mosquito eradication system... we could not be happier with our interaction with Justin and his ability to address our question & concerns! Similarly, both equally, Jesse & Shane very competently advised us on some System modifications to the installation plan to more optimally cover my footprint and affected areas in order to better improve the SWAT implementation to improve our quality of life... Jesse and Shane came to our house recently to install the SWAT system and we were extremely pleased with how professional, knowledgeable, and all-around helpful they were teaching us how to use this system. They answered all our questions and left us without one single doubt. Thank you guys for a very hopeful experience with eliminating those noseeums and mosquitos!

Jesse came out to install and was very knowledgeable and professional. He put the system in quickly and cleanly and gave me a detailed overview of how to work the system and what to expect. I’m looking forward to the results.

This is a scam company. They sent me an invoice and I never talked to them. When I called and asked them why they had no answer. I asked for someone to reach out to me and never got a call. I have received continuous Invoices and never a visit or a call. DON’T USE THEM!! SCAM

I find it hard to believe all these positive reviews are genuine. We had a mosquito system installed by SWAT a couple of years ago, and it simply does not work. Every afternoon, our backyard is unusable because it’s swarming with mosquitoes - we literally have to hide indoors. I’ve called their office multiple times, and while they keep sending someone out to change the chemical, it has made zero difference. Some of the chemicals burned our grass and plants, which hasn’t grown back since. To make matters worse, they installed nozzles directly above our patio door, which is in full sun, so sometime we get caught underneath while its misting. We paid nearly $4,000 for a small backyard setup, plus quarterly service fee $90+ and tank refill fees which are over $250 every two months. It’s been a complete waste of money, and the lack of results is disappointing. I strongly question the reviews are real.

Terrible customer service. They recently acquired Mosquito Mist Systems in Sarasota. Imported customer information from the acquisition. Cancelled my contract with Mosquito Mist prior to the sale yet SWAT continued to bill me. SWAT was unauthorized to charge my card and did not return numerous calls and emails. Horrible customer service!

Had had this system installed for years. Over the past year getting charged a lot more. I purchased the product they use on Amazon and filled the tank to the top day before they were scheduled to service. My security cameras show no activity at eaither of my gates, yet receive an invoice for 67% tank fill ($172). When I challenged, I got a bunch of pictures with no dates, and conflicting videos and screenshots. We used to receive a service note, but nothing lately, just an invoice... Stay away from this company or make sure you are home to monitor the technician if you go with them.

Had a tech come over the other day by a strange name of Saul, like the show. Totally useless and did nothing. Worst experience ever. Because of that, I cancelled my services. How am I going to be paying for a service contract and I get charged for parts that are to be covered under warranty?

I’ve had SWAT for a while now and the service has been horrible. I’ve left messages and no response. Finally called again and it’s an outsourced call center now. They also have no remote way to control the misting and regulate yourself. If I want my times to change, I have to call them, but if they don’t return my calls, it’s pointless. At this point, I would not recommend them to anybody else until they fixed their customer service and product offering

I had a fairly large mosquito system from Swat installed in my home 4 years ago. Swat has been operating the system under a full service agreement that covers parts and labor, for which Swat charges a quarterly fee. While these systems are not perfect, they work to a certain degree and I can't complain about their effectiveness. Unfortunately, they do not honor their service contract and bill you for parts that are supposed to be covered. To make matters worse, their customer service team is abroad and horrible. I called them 3 times about an invoice I received for parts, and all I got was a robotic response that parts are not covered in the service. Any attempt to escalate is useless. Way to treat a customer! Needless to say that I will be cancelling my service with them and find another company to maintain my system.

Wow -- I'm on-line just now looking at all of the recent bad reviews since the company was bought over. I, like many other existing customers, have not had a good experience since they changed ownership. Part of the reason I purchased the system was because of the good customer service and regular spraying/fogging (in addition to the SWAT system) when requested. Last time I asked for it, I was told the new owners were not going to do fogging at request any longer (even though they didn't send any communication about the sale of the company or any of the policy changes). I just returned from a trip to Vietnam. I got more mosquito bites in my backyard with the fully operational system in one day than I did in 2 weeks in Vietnam. Would not recommend this company. And if you take note, I'm getting the same "bot" response as everyone else.

Swat bought Mosquito Mist in Sarasota which we were a customer of and was a good company. Since Swat bought them, we haven’t had a tech come fill our tank since April. I’ve called twice to ask them to come out and no one showed up for either appointment. I’m finding a new company for our system. UPDATE: The prompt responses to the negative reviews from the “owner” must be a bot. I sent the requested email to customer service and it’s been 24 hours with no response and no phone call.

Been using SWAT for years and all of a sudden the company has made changes which are not the smartest way to go. When i got my system I'd call if schedule needed to be changed, etc I'd get office and the change would be taken care of by knowledgeable office ppl. Called this morning bc we now have bugs so obviously need a spray schedule change.... so disappointed! The company I started with has changed and NOT for the better. They now have you calling a third party and they have absolutely NO idea of anything related to SWAT and the system. We had major communication issues. I called twice hoping to get a rep who understood SOMETHING with no avail. I'm so frustrated and don't want to change companies but was hoping I could continue with the excellent company I hired...
