I called this company for pest control after noticing a recurring issue, and they handled it efficiently from start to finish. The technician was professional and took time to inspect everything carefully. In the middle of the visit, I spoke with Logan, who explained the treatment plan clearly and answered my questions. I also appreciate that they offer mold cleaning, mold removal and mold remediation services, which gives me confidence in their expertise. The results were effective, and I haven’t had any issues since. Overall, a dependable company that delivers what they promise.

Called the number. Sent to what seems to be a third party customer service line. Earliest available appointment was a week out for 10 am. A day before that appointment I get a call saying the appt is now 3 pm. Then I call the morning of the app to confirm and the customer service line says 5 pm. She says she will call again later that afternoon to confirm. She never calls. I call her around 2 pm and she confirms once again 5 pm and that the tech will call me 30 minutes before he arrive. I’ve now taken off an entire day of work and it’s 6 pm and my family is home and still no one has contacted me. Long story short. Don’t waste your time like I did. Call someone else

I have made 4 appointments. The first 2 they rescheduled do to unforeseen circumstances. The 3rd and forth Time were total no show/no call. I took off work for these appointments and lost money. Total disrespect. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!

Office people are very nice. No show for a 2 hr appt. Tech claimed to have been here but no one answered the door. The office person was very nice but couldn't offer a convenient time to re-schedule. Now I have to put everything back in the cupboards.

VERY good folks here, know the area and extremely competent. Used them for over 20 years before we moved out of the service area, and never had any issue at all with their services or pricing. Super good value, and if you needed a spot treatment between visits they will quickly acomodate your needs. Especially recommend their service contracts for regular maint and treatments, good value and definitely helps if you sell your home to have a verifiable track record on hand.
