Very bad experience in May 2026. Spoke to the owner Steve on the phone, he said he will come out to my home next week, on Friday. He told me in the meantime to text him my address with pictures/videos of my property. I did just that, he texted me back saying received and he will get back to me with a price. I took off from work on that Friday and he never showed. It has been 4 weeks since we originally spoke, no call no show. Procare still hasn't called me, texted me, apologized or even communicated anything to me. Procare does not care about the customer.

This guy was in a company truck and he was driving like I’ve never seen cutting people off running red light I just can’t name everything….. tag number 46AGXQ………..he said he doesn’t recall doing it but still you did it and 3 times people honked he almost hit a blue truck and was on the phone the whole time

Steven had my termite problem diagnosed, quoted and finished within 4 days, and at an extremely fair price! Thanks so much, Steven!

Great Service

I hired the Procare Pest Control to get rid of unwanted pests in a rental house I purchased. They went above and beyond in their services. The owner Mr. French is an honest, kind, and hard working exterminator with excellent customer service. We really appreciated his work.

I recently moved to the area and wanted regular pest control services but hadn't gotten around to looking for one yet, but that changed when I saw a mouse run across my kitchen floor one night! I contacted a few pest control companies through Yelp and Steven, the owner/operator of French ProCare Pest Control responded immediately and let me know he would be able to come take a look Friday morning (this was one a Wednesday night). One of the other companies that eventually got back to me said that they wouldn't be able to come for 2-3 weeks, so this was a no-brainer for me! Steven did a thorough inspection of my home inside and out, including the attic. He explained what the initial pest control service would cost and then how much it would be for b-monthly service, which was very reasonable. He also gave me an "Option A" for immediate dealing with the mouse issue, and then "Option B" to basically make the place like Fort Knox and ensure no mouse could ever get in. He also told me that if we want to attempt Option B ourselves that he'll be happy to give us some pointers. He couldn't have been nicer and really took his time taking care of every issue, including lots of ant beds and a wasp's nest outside. He also told me that I can call him anytime if I see anything of concern and he'll come back out between treatments at no extra cost. I'm very happy with my choice of French ProCare Pest Control so far and would definitely recommend this business!

French is an extremely good guy. He is professional, kind, and one of those people you just know genuinely cares. I personally won’t consider any other company to spray my house. This guy should have a template for every other company on how to operate and treat others.

Very professional pest control! Great experience. Thought I had some pest in my home that would have cost me thousands to get rid of. Came in and did a very thorough examination. He determined that I did not have the pest I thought that I had. Happy to know that there are still honest people out there! Thanks again!!

Highly recommend French Procare Pest Control. They came out and did a thorough inspection of my house for rats at no charge. I had a huge infestation in my garage and we decided that he would return the next day to begin exterminating all of the problem. Steven (Owner/Operator) is very knowledgeable and professional. He made it a point to inform me what was going on and what to expect. Top notch service at a very reasonable price. 10 out of 10 !!

Excellent service! We were having an emergency ant problem in our house and they were biting our infant in her crib. We were searching for quotes and they were able to come out the same day we contacted them. They came out, assessed our property and found infestations that we weren't even aware of yet. And best yet they offer a great year round service for a value you can't beat. It's a great locally owned pest control service that I would recommend to anyone!

French Procare Pest Control did an excellent job of eradicating the spider problem I had in my basement. Their technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to address all my concerns. The treatment was effective, and I haven't seen any spiders since. I'm delighted with their service.
