I’ve paid $650 for 3 months of pest control and I am still infested with bugs this place is a joke do not wast your time or your money they only spray around your house not the whole yard they only spot treat for ants they charge you for each separate species of ants the last time they sprayed around my house and my shed me and my dog got deathly sick from the pesticides they used they have no compassion or care in the world for their clients they are not safe nor do they know what they are doing

I am sorry you are not happy with the service. You paid for an eradication of german roaches (interior), spiders and fleas (exterior). We came to your house 6 times for the initial service. We also sprayed exterior for ticks at no additional charge as you expressed you wanted zero bugs. We took care of those issues. Then you started preventative service for $42.00. General household pest control, covers around the outside of your home and inside. We do not cover fire ants on your lawn for the $42 a month. Lawn sprays for fire ants is a different service as we use much more product. As far as the ants, I was explaining to you the difference between black and red ants. However, the price was not due to the ant species it was due to needing the whole lawn sprayed. I believe there was a miscommunication, we do cover ants around and inside your home for monthly service, but not the whole yard. In the almost 40 years we have been in business we have not had anyone complain of being sick by the products we have used. The last service you are discussing was exterior only and we did not go inside the home and spray as you requested. You had a technician that has been with our business for 25 years and I can assure you he knows what he is doing and properly uses insecticides.

Last year we had a horrible tick infestation and tried to handle it ourselves and couldn’t. We called Melrose Pest control and they did a great job and killed every last tick, we had hundreds. A few days ago I brought 3 ticks in on my shoes after my walk on our 3 acre property, I didn’t hesitate to call this time. All the staff are friendly and professional. We are thankful we found them.

Dont hold the word on what they sold they promise to keep roaches out of my home for life time and now 7 months later i have the issue starting and now they state we never told you that and just fix it for that incident and that is it this business can keep their word and will lie to get a customer but when we remain them of what they promise they act like they never told us that

I’m sorry you aren’t happy with the service. We guaranteed to get rid of your German roach infestation, we went out to your house 5 times. We got rid of your infestation in December and 7 months later you called saying that the roaches are back. I’m sorry there was a miscommunication but we do not offer German roach service for a lifetime but do guarantee to get rid of the initial infestation, which we did in December. The owner also called and offered to send Shawn out and you declined.
