They took care of us when we had a terrible infestation of roaches and mice in our attic. Not only did they get the problem under control, we got advise on how to keep trees off our roof snd away from it. Bugs use the branch’s as a bridge to get inside the roof vents. We still use them for regular maintenance to keep bugs away. You can always reach the owner with bug questions which isn’t common this days.

This company has us entangled in a one year contract beware it’s impossible to cancel because of the fees they did disclose and are expensive . One year later still attempting to cancel this contract and they won’t even answer the phone the online portal does not work and they keep promising to call back and have not. About ten days ago was our last pest control visit this is necessary to cancel the contact because it is described in the agreed -agreement. The product granules was spread on my teak deck they ruined my deck and now I have to sand them and reseal them because the stains won’t come out. And you guessed it they won’t acknowledge that we are trying to end the pest control agreement. I am very upset and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Good luck and buyer beware.

Hello Elizabeth B. We do not hold customers to contract that they do not want to be in. We only require 24 e-mail or call to cancel any agreement so I think you have the wrong company. This is a family owned company and I we work with all our customer as if they are family.

They fumigated my apartment twice and it never worked... I asked for a guarantee and they didn't respond. Plus, the price the receptionist quoted was always different; they always charged me more... the service was terrible.

The product the company uses is not good at all, I did two whitefly treatment for my ficus, and my ficus is dying, now it is worse than before, even I did two treatments within 2 weeks, I never saw any improvement .. I called to the company and the person that I spoke to, couldn't give any information and told me she will call me back, and never did.

Nor recommended. Extremely disappointed. Manager has no desire to provide any customer service and to assist or remedy! I asked specifically for help with ants in my home on my two first calls when ordering service. Someone came to spray the entire house. I asked what they will do for the ants and was told that it would take care of it. Well, the ants were just as happy as before. Nothing changed there. I called to get assistance and was told a manager will call me back (and was told that I only get guarantee of the service after paying and receiving 2nd treatment 30 days later!!). Manager never called. I called 4 times. Every time I was told the same that a manager would call. I then asked for a refund with same story... manager would call me. To the day no manager calls and no refund. I will keep calling though as I cannot understand how you handle a company and their customer service this way. Absolutely do not recommend this company. Very unprofessional!

Our service without contact runs as follows in order to control ant and most roach species, three services must be rendered, at which then our guarantee comes into effect. After that all services are free, but you must first comply with the first three services in order for our product to take affect.<br>As I look up your account you only did one service and did not want us to follow up anymore.
