I recommend you avoid this firm at all costs. I have been lied at every turn. I contracted them to get rid of the rodents in my attic. They had ruined my AC duct works. The same day I signed the contract the charged my credit card. The technician assigned to remove the rats arrives at my house an hour late. He then sits in his truck for a half hour. I walk over to see why he is in truck and he asks me to wait. 30 minutes later I knock on his window. I attempt to walk him around the house but th

The manager are the worse employees ever Hired by this company the company doesn’t care about the customer ONLY about the money and how many accounts they get I’m still waiting for a call back after 2 month from the manager after I called 6 times they looked my house up and nobody wants to take the blame After it got it tented for termites they told me three days and the padlock comes off. It took them two weeks and nobody takes the blame the worst Customer Service ever.

Manny and Mark we here for over 4 hours treating the house top to bottom and the ground surrounding the house as well. They really went above and beyond and explained everything they were doing and why it needed to be done. I can say I'm pretty well educated about termites now. :) I highly recommend this team and I will be using their services again!
