Greaat people. I am a landlord and I had tenants who thought the house had termites.Southern Fumigation came out and inspected and told me there were no termites. They didn't even charge me for the inspection. When it comes to things like this one just has to trust the professionals. They could have told me my house needed to be tented and I may not have known the difference. They are honest. Thank goodness!

I'm super late in submitting this review, my tenting was completed over a month ago - but I didn't want to forget to add my agreement to the long line of folks saying how professional and excellent this company is. Really made an awful situation much more approachable - everyone I worked with or spoke to was fantastic and so helpful and organized!

Southern Fumigation, and especially Kimberly, truly exceeded my expectations! Their coordination and communication were top-notch, and the entire team did an outstanding job from start to finish. I always knew what to expect and when. Everything was handled smoothly, on time, and with genuine care, making the whole process completely stress-free. They always show up on time and call before they arrive, which is great for me because of my dogs, it gives me time to get them put up, they are reliable and quick ..

This company is one of a few businesses that actually do tent fumigations. I've worked with Kimberley to get all my buildings done. She made a terrible situation a least manageable by working with me. Also they throw in the subterranean termite treatment at no cost when the tent fumigation is scheduled, which is an added plus. The customer service is always great, and the people are very nice. I would highly recommend them for your termite needs.

I can't comment on their actual pest control service (which will change in the future as I will be switching to them once my contracts are up) but their customer service is next level (I mean, really stellar). This company is the prime example of why locally owned businesses are worth your time and money--do that extra research, find the locals--it is worth it! Please give them a call, at the very least, you can count on their honesty and integrity to guide to your next decision. I found what looked like a kick-out hole and drywood termite droppings behind my fridge (which another pest control company confirmed as termite droppings) and promptly started freaking out. After using my Google-Fu and finding out that Southern Fumigation was who many of the larger pest control companies subcontracted out to for fumigation, I figured I might as well go directly to the source since my termite bond only covers subterranean termites. Kim called me back after I left a message with reception as to why I was interested in their service and not only was she awesome to deal with, she even moved me up on the schedule to have the owners James and Patricia come out to my house the following day first thing in the morning so I could keep another appointment. When James and Patricia came to take a look at the "termite frass" James looked to me and said "Good news! This isn't termites. Not even bugs!". I don't think I've ever been so relieved in my life! Patricia even took the sample I swept up in days prior for further analysis back at their office. Later in the afternoon, I received a call from Kim advising that while it isn't bugs, it is possible there is rodent activity as what the sample looked like after comparing pictures online was the grain millet, commonly found in bird seed. While on the phone with her I immediately knew what it was -- my wife has a pet cockatiel and regularly feeds her millet and of course, bird seed. Even if there is a rodent problem (which my 3 lazy cats should hopefully be of use for, but, well, they're lazy cats) that is much better to deal with than termites. So, while I can't review their service, I can attest to their honesty, integrity, and willingness to problem solve, even if it isn't in their financial interest (I hadn't mentioned, but I was not charged an inspection fee, or any other kind of fee). I've lived in JAX since 2016 and in the past 8 years here, I don't think I've encountered a company with this kind of integrity--until now. I look forward to giving Southern Fumigation and Pest Control my future business and recommending them to whomever needs related services. To James, Patricia, and Kim: Thank you for everything! My family and I do truly appreciate your time and expertise.

We purchased a home under sub termite bond with Southern Fumigation and while we didn’t chose them we are so grateful that they are the company we are “stuck” with! They are the most professional, prompt, and organized company. They are excellent at communicating, their pricing is competitive, and they do amazing work. We have an old historic wood home and have made the decision to undergo a tenting service and it has been the most seamless process. They are also excellent working with our tenants and our tenants feel respected, which is very important to us! We highly recommend this company over the other two companies we also have worked with.

The people that work for this company are the most professional, courteous folks that I have ever dealt with. They do a great job!

I am a resident of Brandywine Apartments in Gainesville Florida (Alachua County). Unfortunately, my apartment building was infested with termites so they had a full fumigation. I was a little stressed about strangers coming into my home, robberies, etc. This company answered all my questions over the phone and really helped me prepare. Everything seemed to go as planned. Today, I can move back into my unit. It appears the unit was exactly how it was left. Hopefully the termites are gone. I have nothing to complain about with this company. UPDATE (a little over one month after the fumigation was finished): I have noticed significantly fewer flies, ants, pests, etc., in my apartment since the fumigation was finished. Pre-fumigation, I have noticed routine ants in my bathroom and sometimes flies in my bedroom. Now they are all gone.

I have been using this company since I lived in Baker County and now I have moved out to Jacksonville Florida and we also have an additional rental properties that this company takes care of and they’re awesome never know Buggggs or any issues always on time and takes care of everything in the manner that it should be!

This was a great experience from beginning to end. The estimate process was completed within 7-Days and once approved we received everything electronically for our office to sign and we send all pdf's to tenants to sign. Tenting was completed last week without complication, communication was a breeze. Thank you to Kimberly and the team at Southern Fumigation for making this a smooth process.
