Altman's Family Pest Control

We've been using Altman's since Aug. 2023. I can't say enough about them. Anthony, the technician always keeps us apprised of any situation and more importantly, he corrects it. We've been in this house since 1999 and have had several companies, I won't disparage prior companies, but Altman's has made an incredible difference. I highly recommend them.

Altmans sprayed our yard with chemicals that were too strong. Grass started to die within the same month. They had contract for the whole year no one else sprayed yard , They will not pay to replace grass and now it is all weeds. A very sorry company!!

If you are looking for great lawn care choose this company!! It’s great when a company cares about having great service…. they are the best and if I could give them a10 star I would! Workers showed up on time were very polite and professional but they did miss a huge problem in my home and I had to have someone else come to inspect it. Spoke with the owner on the phone and found him to be rude and it made matters worse.

Quality work for competitive rates. Great customer service with management that always keeps the customer in mind first. I have used Altmans Family Pest Control for both lawn maintenance and their pest control for years. Both come regularly and I have never been disapointed. I dont know what some of these reviewers went through but they must be isolated events based off my own experience they do good work and dont charge an arm and a leg. One time i called the owners out to my property to take out a few shrubs and a felled tree that the hurricanes had uprooted, they did the job promptly and at a much better price than anyone else would have done. This company is not very good, we had used them for two years, and the weed were just horrible. We called on them several times, and they kept coming back with excuses. I honestly do believe that they were feeding the weeds, to make them healthier. Our Gardner had to finally tell them that they were not doing a satisfactory job, and we fired them. We have another company and our yard has never looked so good. One problem was that they had someone doing their spraying that was not knowledgeable on what he was doing. Always check other people’s yards before hiring a spraying service. I would not recommend this company. After they burnt up our front yard in a great big spot, we called them to tell them what happened, they come out and said it was us that did it. And then had enough nerve to send a bill, to which we refused to pay, so they claimed they tried to reach us several times, which they never, they send us a threatening letter to turn us into to collections. A very disgruntled customer. I hope everyone reads this before making a decision on lawn and pest control.
