I couldn't even receive their services because, for some reason, the woman who answered my call was in a bad mood due to her poor signal, I dare say. She left me speechless and just hung up on me. It's a shame I don't know her name; she should be fired for being so impatient and rude in customer service.

Came out gave a quote I accepted and then they don't show or call on the scheduled day.

Extremely unreliable company will not schedule treatment in advance and will call you the same day expecting their customers not to be working and home available for them whenever they want. I attempted multiple times to rectify the situation and after nine months of continuing to not provide adequate service, I canceled them. The only reason for the two stars is when they do show up when requested their treatments work, but I still would not use this company.

Used huelett..they sold to this company..didnt know the service provider was changed for several months.. yard showed no improvement..video of treatment performed showed Technician just walking thru yard...nothing applied but report stated the treatments were performed..attempted to discuss with local manager
