Best service guaranteed. I highly recommend this company for lawn care services. Zachary Jarnot is very knowledgeable and has my lawn looking green even after the harshest cold and dry weather, as of late 2025 up to now February 17, 2026. Wise House provides a no charge follow-up when heavy rain, lawn pests and/or weeds are prevalent. I see great results fast.

Wise House is THE BEST! They were recommended to me by the previous home owners and it was a very well placed recommendation. I've been using them since I've moved in 3 yrs ago and will continue to give them my business and recommend them to others. As a dog owner I feel good about the safer chemicals that they use as opposed to others. They are always incredibly responsive and go the extra mile. I was just running to catch the train and the trash men were coming up the street but not fast enough, and Zack J. was kind enough to offer to put the bin back for me to allow me to leave. All the employees I've met have been wonderful people, but Zach gets the MVP award 😊. Thank you Wise House for keeping me safe from all manner of bugs and for employing wonderful people.

Hello Meg, Dennis here the owner at Wise House. As previously stated in response to your reviews in yelp and on the BBB:<br><br> You signed a legal document, signing up for services every two months, with a requirement of a 30 days notice of cancellation of the service. It is visible in our text thread that in January you asked "maybe I should cancel till next spring" which we replied to and let you know we do not recommend this due to a large lapse in preventative treatment and yes, additional charges would apply if you went that long without treatment. We also stated that if you confirmed cancellation this would be your last visit (because of our 30 day notice policy), which you did not confirm cancellation. <br><br>We do not offer service skips. You may cancel your service and reinstate in the future, or keep your ongoing service. We came back out when your next service was due in March. You called in April saying you wanted to cancel services and did not want to pay for March. We cancelled out your future jobs but you still owe for the last service that was performed. <br><br>We provide an honest and professional service for our clients. In order to stay in business, we need to get paid for our services. We are transparent in our communication and services throughout the client onboarding process, and our service terms are stated in the agreement we have all clients authorize. <br><br> As a business we are not required to "compromise" and meet customer requests to make exceptions to our policies as you mentioned in your review on the Better Business Bureau. <br><br>All of this information was already explained to you there, and the BBB decided the case was closed and as a business we did everything we can do on our end. This balance has been sent to collections because you have been unresponsive for over a year and disputed the charge on the card you added onto your account and approved us to use for your services. <br><br>I understand you are not happy about being sent to collections for your unpaid bill. We have tried to contact you several times to clear this balance. As much as we would love to make everyone happy, we cannot run a business that way and we present customers with a service agreement so they know what they are signing up for. <br><br>We think it is fair to not have any cancellation fees, to just ask for a 30 days notice of cancellation before your next service is due. Trying to bash my company on multiple platforms with deceitful claims (all because you did not pay your bill) is not fair to us. As previously mentioned, your complaint was already responded to and your service agreement and our text threads were provided in the Better Business Bureau. The BBB has resolved this issue of your false claims. We strive to offer the best service to our clients, but we cannot run a business with outstanding unpaid balances. <br><br>Thank you!

Your right, I DO call out companies that do not follow the rules!! If you have to resort to SPAMMING our roadsides, (which is against county rules)then your service must not be that great, as word of mouth reputation should be good. it's also VERY interesting that NO company with this name has a county business license!!! This company litters our roadways and environment by putting out 100's of illegal (yes, it's not allowed) signs out everywhere in our area. You should only use companies who follow the rules and and actually PAY to advertise!!! Do Not Support companies who do this!!
