I cannot recommend this company enough! We needed the house sprayed, I called in the morning and Dean was there by the afternoon! He was professional, proficient and extremely thoughtful and kind. If you need quality service with exceptional customer service, this is the company you are looking for. And they are locally owned and operated!

Alicia is always pleasant to talk to on the phone! And Osmany is an amazing technician! We’ve been with the company for just over 2 years and have never had any issues. Any bug or rodent that comes near we just give a call and they are here within the next couple days. They are all very kind and personable to talk to! Will be staying with their services for as long as we can!

We have been with total pest solutions for years and they have consistently maintained the same level of service all these years. From the ladies that answer the phones to our technician Osmany everyone has provided excellent customer service. Osmany has been our technician for at least the past two years and is very knowledgeable when addressing my concerns. I really appreciate that Osmany wears boot covers when entering my home. I am happy to continue using Total pest solutions for our home!

Jesus Nieves Is a very conscientious and professional worker - always willing to offer his assistance. He pointed out some problem areas in my yard and how to set up the sprinklers to ensure maximum coverage while watering. Jeremy Parker was also diligent in his efforts to keep my house free and clear of pests outside of my house by cleaning cobwebs from under my eaves, etc.
