Your technician, Richard Evans, did a thorough in house inspection of all exterior facing walls, and other spaces. He then applied the exterior treatment around the house. I am very satisfied with his professionalism. Sentry has treated my home for years and I hope to continue many more years.

Sentry Pest Control goes above and beyond with their services! I get a text/email a week in advance to confirm my appointment. I can pay on line or when the tech is at my home. The techs are always professional, friendly and prompt. When I did experience a bug issue there was no judgment, they were understanding and offered ideas of how to eliminate the bugs quickly. Appointment was changed 4 times yesterday by them, since we started using them they have changed EVERY appointment. It's a hassle to chase the phone every time you change appointments on us. Never called to apologize or offer a discount or free service, not impressed at all.

Didn't knock on my door to let me know they were there. Took literally 2 minutes to spray and the next 5 mins they smoked a cigarette and chit chatted outside my home. Usually they knock have me sign but not this time. They were there before 8:00am and pulled out my yard at 8:04. Like I said the guy without the hat sprayed while the other stood there. Then when the guy finished spraying they sat there for couple mins smoke a cigarette left the bud in front of my house and drove off. So unprofessional. Should've never asked me to do a review. You guys should've done your job correctly. Hopefully, I'll get someone different that does their job right.

Our dog was contained in the back yard and technician left the gate open. Our dog escaped and ran down the road. I politely addressed this with a supervisor and was told there was nothing they could do about it. This seem very unreasonable since the gate should have never been left open by the technician. The lack of professionalism has been noted. We will not use Sentry for their unprofessional services in the future. We live on a busy road and this is very upsetting since the technician left me with a loose dog.

When I called, I was quoted a few different prices depending on the type of cockroach bug that it actually was. When the service technician arrived, I showed him the bug, and he told me that it was the cheaper service since it didn't require as many treatments or chemicals. I noticed the higher price on the document before he left, but he said that the office would adjust the price. Upon checking my bill, I was charged for the more expensive German bug, which it was not. When I called Sentry to dispute, they said that it doesn't matter what type of cockroach bug. They also said that Sentry only has one price, and that's what they charged me, and they were not gonna give me a lower price quoted on the initial call. They educated me to know the price was less if they didn't do as many treatments and they didn't use as many chemicals. It's upsetting that companies can play around with the money that you work hard for, and this was a bait-and-switch.I will never use this service again just because of how they mischarged me. And yes, this was Sentry, I am not mistaken.
