Bush was hired years ago to maintain our lawns fertilizing and herbicide needs. We were not happy and hired another local owned company. That company was then sold and service went downhill. We decided to try Bush again and we were promised a great lawn. Our lawn has been deteriorating ever since. We have reached out to them multiple times, they let our tech go because they caught him not applying things as he should based findings from our yard. One of the owners came out and gave a a few months of free service, after our lawn was destroyed by chinge bugs they say we didn’t have, but then they found. Funny part is we are still getting “free service” except for the new price increase and my lawn is still horrible. I don’t want free service. I would be happy just get what I paid for.

1100 BUCKS FOR TERMITE SPRAY , THEY DID A PERIMETER SPRAY. WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A COMPLETE CRALW UNDER THAT NEVER HAPPEND , IVE ASK TO HAVE THEM MAKE IT RIGHT AND THEY REFUSE. KEEP AN EYE ON THEM WHEN THEY SPRAY. I HAVE THREE HOMES THEY USED TO DO A WEEK AGO.

Definitely recommend Bush Home Services. We’ve been a customer for a few years now and have never had any issues. Most recently we’ve been getting Connor who comes to spray now and he is always so polite and thorough. If you’re looking for a good honest family owned business, give them a call!

We are very pleased with Bush Home Services for their fencing work. Anthony was extremely helpful in getting the measurements and pricing. He always made time to answer our questions and even come back for changes we wanted in the fence line. The crew did a fantastic job and very friendly even working in the extreme heat. The fencing is beautiful and sturdy!

This is what you can expect your property to look like if you are a neighbor of someone getting fence work done by Bush. Fence destroyed and total clearing of your fence line without your consent. And don’t expect them to fix anything that they break that isn’t part of the job site. They will destroy your neighbors property to do yours. Sincerely the unfortunate neighbor. Reliable service and fair prices. I've been using Bush for years and recently reached out to them for other services. They are extremely responsive and friendly. They do what they say, when they say it. Bush is highly recommended.

I would give Bush home services a 10-star review if it was available! This family-owned company is outstanding not only from the young gentleman Anthony who came to do the measuring and give me an estimate but the people that scheduled the people on the phone and the people that work so hard to get that fence put up in 2 days! I wanted a board on board fence with privacy of course and a double gate on one side so that if I needed to get anything in the backyard 8 ft wide or less it would slide right through and a single gate on the opposite side. Not only do they make beautiful gates but they customized the framework to be lightweight aluminum which I can move with several fingers the whole gate and it should never sag down because they use heavy duty hinges and hardware. Over the past 30 years I've had several homes here in Florida and always had a board on board fence but the quality of the boards cannot be compared nor can the workmanship or the unique way of doing the gates because it should never sag because of a weight issue and there is no center post to have to remove to have the 8 ft opening. They do not use prebuilt fence sections from the outlet stores but rather hand select every board and post to get number one quality. I hope you will seriously consider this company I am not a paid representative but rather a hard-working old man who can't do a lot on his own anymore and couldn't be more impressed with the workers workmanship and the whole company. Fantastic service and great prices from.a local hometown company!!!! I am so appreciative of Bush Home Services! They just installed my beautiful Green Vinyl coated fence and it looks absolutely fantastic!!! I have used Bush Services for many years as they do my lawn care as well as my pest control. They are so easy to get in touch with and everyone there seems to treat me like family!!! When I got my new puppy I decided to get a fence and I got multiple estimates but no one could beat their prices and I definitely knew it would be done right!!! I must say that both Anthony, the sales consultant, as well as Ryan the installer went way above my expectations and did a fantastic job!!! After years of experience with this awesome company, I have learned that everyone there takes pride in their work and are simply a pleasure to deal with! Here is a shout out to Jeremy, who is one of the owners I met..Randy and Jason, who deal with my pest control..Carol, who works in the front office, as well as the rest of their caring and exceptional staff!!! Being a small business owner myself for many years I sure value when I find a company that treats me the way they do and hope this Review helps others to find out how good these guys are at what they do!!!

Very pleased with Bush Home Services. Changed to Bush for lawn service and are already seeing remarkable improvement. Also used them to clean and seal lanai pavers. Chad did an outstanding job. Very professional and meticulous. Pavings look awesome. Would definitely recommend Bush. Randy (sales representative), Bennett (lawn service) and Chad (pavers) are very good as well as home office support.

Connor came to my mother's house in Homosassa today. He was right on time very professional and answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable helpful and friendly. Thank you Bush for sending such a great technician to help.I would definitely recommend Bush and Connor!

(Bush Pest Control is trustworthy and effective. I've used them for 20 years). The above review was written a few years back. We had our small mobile home sprayed by Bush Pest Control. They say to leave for 4 hrs. We returned, and the place didn't look sprayed. And the problem was the same, if not worse. The man they sent was a contractor. All of the times I used their services, we didn't have 1 insect in our home for a full year. I called to complain, and they wanted to charge me half price to come out and re-spray. What a joke that was. Moral of this story? Hang out and make sure they are doing the job. Request a Bush employee, not a contractor. Make sure the spray is full strength. I'm serious!.

First of all I am not upset about him finding that my hot water tank should be replaced. I am upset at the way he treated my home. He left outside doors open , all my drapes were pulled open, light including outside lights were left on, my electrical box on outside was left open. He set my thermostat at 80 degrees to check system but then left it at 80. My husband and I got home to a spa! He flipped the GFI to check it but then didn’t turn it back on leaving no electricity in parts of our home. He tightened the screws on our circuit box so tight we couldn’t open it. He had no respect for us or our home. I would never have him in my home again. BEWARE!!!

I called Bush because I had moles digging up my lawn. When the technician came out, he said the problem was mole crickets and I paid about $400 for service. As the problem continued to worsen, Bush concluded that the problem was in fact moles and then suggested a couple things I could try myself to solve the problem! I was not given any refund or provided with any other lawn service.

Lousy customer service. Do not conduct business with this company.

This is an irresposible company. We have a 10 foot Vibernum that we planted on our property 8 years ago as a buffer and privacy wall. It has served us well as our adjoining neighbors have an extremely noisy air conditioner. Without checking, Bush who service our neighbor who moved in 4 years ago and could not possibly own this bush, butchered our hedge in half. All I got from them was I am sorry we didn't know it was your hedge, well that is not good enough. It is their job to know property lines.

They are very expensive and wanted a $125 for a yard spray for pests

Brad from Bush visited our property on March 30, 2017 and advised that the sprinklers were set correctly. He also recommended that we contract with American Leak Detection to determine what was causing the excessive water use. The report from American Leak Detection cost $350 and was sent to Bush, showing that the sprinklers were set incorrectly. American Leak Detection set the sprinklers correctly and the water bills reduced from as much as 60,000 gallons per month back to a normal 20,000 gallons. As a result, the tenant paid enormous water bills, cancelled their lease and the property was vacant for an extended period. Bush refuses to refund their fee and the leak specialist fee, let alone the cost for approximately 100,000 gallons of wasted water!

Terrible customer service and terrible work would not recommend to any friends or family
