Just moved to the area and needed a knowledgably and reliable pest control company to keep our new home bug free. Ryan came out and sprayed inside and out and we could not be happier to see our bug squatters vacate the premises. Will be looking to get set up with them when our termite bond expires since we have Hardie board siding. Todd has been in the industry for years and we feel comfortable knowing we are with a company that has the experience and knows what they are doing.

Todd and his son are fantastic! We have been using them for our pest control for years now. They are very courteous, prompt quick and highly effective. We have rarely had any issues since they have been coming out. We live in the woods and had ants, roaches, and mice issues we were battling. Within 1-2 treatments they were gone. Very very reasonable price. Highly recommend them if you have concerns about pest control!

We have tried 3 other pest control services. Pest Assured is the only service that has gotten rid of the roaches almost immediately after the first service. Todd us great and the services are reasonably priced.

Several months ago our apartment neighbors got cockroaches that spread over to our apartment. Todd was perfect for the job. Very honest and knowledgeable, and did such a thorough job and follow up that I know for a fact he was looking out for our best interest. I learned a lot about bugs, and we have not had a problem since. If we ever do have another infestation, the only call we’re going to make is to Pest Assured. Family owned really means something and it's hard to put into words but I'll try. Lot's of experiences with home improvement and maintenance issues feel like a chore in the tedious sense, the sense that "let's just get this over with so I can get back to life." When Mr. Yoder came over, he got right to work but somehow or other we got to talking and it just felt nice to talk to someone kind, hear his story and to understand that his profession is coming from a deep commitment to the craft. From the first call to the appointment, pricing and explanation, it was a very seamless experience and we know who we'll call moving forward.
