Forget Bugs Pest Control, Inc.

Paid for annual service upfront with receipts to show. They do not show up on time and decided to cancel within few months of service. It’s been 2 months but they can’t seem to give a refund and today Allen the owner cursed at me over the phone after showing frustration why the refund is taking so long. I’ve attempted to coordinate to their business address or any place that is convenient for them but to no avail. I would stay far away from this business and owners as they do not want to perform their services and will curse at you for asking for a refund.

They are very reasonable and dependable. They always get the job done. I hive them a 5 star.

I pay for service to have my yard spray all summer long once a month it’s been about nine days they were supposed to come out on the 27th or 28th to spray I’ve been trying to call and call and they do not pick up the phone I left voice messages Either these people give me the money back I will take them to court

Very disappointed in Alan. Service short cuts hence not good and expects to be paid on the day it's done... normal 30 day terms aren't in his vocabulary!

My dad paid Allen in FULL for $3000 in 2023but simply is TOO BUSY TO DO THE JOB HE WAS PAID FOR. I hv tried on REPEATED occasions to LURE him over to do a job in which he was PAID & refused to do the job & when he did briefly grace us , with his presence he was RUDE, COCKY, & ARROGANT

Allen took care of my “pests” same day I called! Plan on using them for annual contract plan. Thanks Allen!

They have become the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been a customer for many years and was always happy but the last couple of years they are beyond unreliable. Don’t show up when scheduled. Don’t respond to messages. They are also very unprofessional/rude to speak to if you can actually get hold of them. And I even got a really strange late night text from Allen once lol After weeks of no showing after scheduling appointments repeatedly and each person blaming the other I finally just requested a refund. I did not receive a response or a refund. Today I sent a text saying that I have neither received a refund or service and the reply that I got was “Good 👍🏻” That was the icing on the cake lol. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
