John was absolutely fabulous while treating our community. Since it was his first time servicing our community he made sure to make contact so he could provide for our needs properly. He was very polite and professional, and I couldn't have asked for better service.

You may want to let your employee know know that the left lane is for Passing. They were going down I-10 at 3:45 this afternoon between the DeFuniak exit and the Mossyhead exit. I was stuck behind them forever until I realized that they’re just an idiot.

While most of our reviews (predominately 5-star) originate from customer experiences, we always work to look into any post that doesn’t meet that 5-star criteria. After interviewing our driver and confirming stated conditions, we found that driving conditions (storms, heavy wind, and heavy rain) for that driver were at a level that necessitated that he operate his vehicle in a manner that was safe for him and the general public. We consistently preach driver’s safety to our team for their benefit and for the public’s. He wasn’t trying to irritate anyone… he was just trying to travel in a manner where he could go home after work safely to his family. Thanks, Knox Customer Care Team.

I’ve had this service since July 2025 . I had always thought it was odd that the appointments were never a month apart . Seems it was always extended till like 6 -7 weeks apart . I made it very clear to the 4 different technicians that have been to my house ,I’m only available on Tuesday due to having 2 jobs . They always wanted to come every day but . On top of all that I still see bugs . It’s been several weeks since my last appointment. Well over a month . I’m just done with the unprofessionalism of this company . The fact that they can’t keep employees says a lot on its own . I feel as if I was disregarded. So today I ended my service because I just can’t anymore . Please do better .

I was staying at a condo in Panama City Beach and was grossed out when a Palmetto bug got inside. I informed the owner, and Amanda with Knox Pest Control was out within two hours. She was super sweet, friendly, and knowledgeable. She treated the issue quickly and made my stay so much more comfortable. Highly recommend!
