We have continuously been impressed by not only the professional knowledge of the Techs and staff in general, but the customer service is second to none. Our tech Hudson takes his time and answers any questions and educates us. By far the best company for service, price, and customer satisfaction.

November 13, 2025 at 3pm we had an appointment for a visit from Above and Beyond Pest Control. Hudson arrived on time and addressed the problem we were having. Hudson was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He answered our questions and performed the necessary spraying. We will definitely call Above and Beyond for any further pest control.

Hudson truely goes by their name, Above and Beyond!! He spends a lot of time spraying around our house and garages. He is polite and willing to help us with all of our pesty needs. We have had great results with his attention to the critters inside and outside of our house. I highly recommend this company!! We have been in our home for 35 years using 2 other companies in the past and they out shine both companies!

Met with Tom for the first time yesterday regarding a pesky rat that was under my car and in my engine bay. Tom took his time and sat down with me to explain the best method for my rodent removal. I purchased several bait stations, traps and bait products for my home perimeter. I would highly recommend his company whether you’re a DIYer or you choose to use their full professional pest services. It’s a great way to support our local business owners.

Tom returned our phone call asap. He came the next morning. He was so honest and experienced. We really appreciated his help. We highly recommend his company.

We have been customers with Above and Beyond Pest Control for several years always receiving excellent service from them. We recently had a new technician with Above and Beyond named Steve visit for a schedule service. Steve completed the job living up to the Companies name “Above and Beyond”. While all previous techs did a fantastic job on all visits, Steve sought out and sprayed every nook and cranny inside our home as well an insuring all outside spray locations were completed with precision and accuracy. Above and Beyond is a quality company with quality employees!

Excellent response and service. We needed a new, and reliable, peat service, to include getting termite protection. One call and Saylor had us set up the next day for our home and outdoor service and contract for termite protection service. Hudson, our new indoor tech, and Daniel, the outdoor tech, both arrived the next day within minutes of one another. Both very professional and thorough and sweet as can be. After finding evidence of drywood termites in our kitchen, we interviewed several companies and decided that tenting would be the best solution. Above and Beyond responded quickly and Tom explained the procedure in detail and answered all of our questions. We received what I believed to be a reasonable quote, which we accepted and were added to the schedule. Tom and his team did a walk through the day before the treatment, and made sure that everything was in place for the tenting. Everything went well, and we were pleased with the attention to detail and the care that was taken with our home and gardens. The guys even saved a couple bags of food that we missed during our preparations. We are happy with the service provided by Above and Beyond and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone who may require this service.

Would definitely recommend that they do a top-notch job. Tom is a gem. He came and really carefully assessed the type of ants and wasp. At no moment did I feel pressured to buy extra from him. He was honest, competent, effective, and knowledgeable. He treated my home with care and respected me by not overcharging. First time I didn't have to haggle for a good deal.

I initially started using above and beyond 2 years ago for my indoor pest control and continue to use them solely for that purpose. Approximately 6 months ago I started using them for weed and pest control in the lawn since I had another company and above mentioned they were getting into lawn care as well and could service my lawn, so I made the switch boy did my lawn go downhill in these past few months. I have even spoken with the owner and this most recent time (today (9/12/22) he advised me to go with another company that specializes in lawn care which had me completely dumbfounded. The customer service reps and lawn techs have always been great and do their jobs professionally. Why is your company advertising lawn care if you are not able to control weeds? I am not expecting every single weed disappear but when your company services the lawn and weeds just multiply from the time I made the switch, maybe the time should be taken make an effort or use quality materials not just tell the customer to find another service after you take one’s money with unsatisfactory services rendered. When my house was built in 2019 we had always used TruGreen and anytime there was an issue they would send out a tech. My lawn wasn’t perfect but had a manageable amount of weeds that I could pull myself, with above and beyond it became unmanageable. I would not recommend for lawn care but it should be noted that their indoor pest control is effective. But due to the owners blatant disregard to customers loyalty I will be finding another company to handle both indoor and outdoor.

They've had my account for almost 1 year and have had to come back out for roaches and ants that they cannot get under control. They have allowed ants to infiltrate my home all the way into my 2nd story theater. The owner doesn't want to take any responsibility for the issues and blames it on my "troubled house" and the rainy weather. I have a 2 year old home. Called him 2 days ago about the issues and he said he would relay my concerns to his son and I would be getting a call to schedule yet another service for ants. No call for 2 days... NOTHING. I'm sure I'll just get more excuses. They don't care about their customers at all. I truly don't know how they have so many positive reviews...would definitely not recommend. His technician also lied and said he sprayed upstairs which was where my major problem was but when I went up there, nothing was sprayed and he didn't even bother to ask where the ants were coming from. Cuz he didn't care. Sorry I hurt your precious sons feelings by saying a naughty word while he was in my home. I wasn't cursing at him but frustrated at being eaten alive by ants in my theater couch. I was a cop for 11 years, don't try and pull the poor first responder card to get favor. 75 dollars for an ant infested house..by the way, you're supposed to leave a message when you call customers... Ya know, so they know you called them. Owning a business 101.
