good service 2 years ago but not in 2025. My lawn is getting worse and worse - they are sending people to apply general products but never look if it works.

They came out and sprayed our home yesterday! They are super accommodating and even came last minute because I changed my mind on the day I wanted! ! The guy I spoke to, I think his name is Justin, was so nice and gave me a great price!

Before I started I using Super D at my office I was infested with hornets and other flying pests. Justin at Super D came out and explained every step of the process and executed! Thanks to Justin I don’t have to worry anymore. Super D is peace of mind!

They add extra services you didn't ask for like $149 for aeration and a $30+ market adjustment fees, every 3-6 months. They send emails or texts with less than 24 hours' notice, making it impossible to cancel unwanted services. When I asked them to stop the extra charges not covered by our contract, they promised a refund and to halt the services, but that was a lie. Brian, who always says "God bless", lied repeatedly to me. I had to dispute several credit card charges because they kept billing me months after I canceled. Not only was their billing a nightmare, but they also failed to manage the weeds despite over a year of service. A total waste of both my money and time. The "Super" in Super D is far from super.

Started out great but went downhill very quickly. I asked Brian to treat my yard a month ago since it appeared to be developing a fungus of some sort and starting to look bad in my opinion and a month goes by and now my yard looks worse and it has spread and is killing my st augustine grass. Not sure what the problem is as Super D did not say after I asked Brian over text. Now I am scrambling to try to save my yard and find someone to take on the job last minute.

Super D did our pest inspection, in order to buy our first home. They came out and did an inspection and found fungus under the deck to repair but no termites. They came out and addressed the fungus issue right after we moved into our home and started our quarterly pest control service. At which time, they advised that we had live termites all over and needed to have it tented and also treated. Why didn't they find any termites a month before hand, when we could have written that into the offer or reconsidered buying the house. We feel like we got ripped off and now I'm telling anyone who asks.

finally found a company that actually shows up, i have a ring doorbell and they said their guy showed up..hmm how do you treat the property when your driver parks nextdoor and just sits in his truck??

UPDATE: Changed rating from a generous 2 stars to 1 star for owner calling me a liar. Owner called to speak with me about my review. He tried saying it was mostly true....Huh? Nothing about my review was false or at all misleading. He then proceeded to tell me my review was "slander". I'm sorry but a honest recap of my experience with them isn't slander. It's information provided for the next customer to make a better decision when deciding what company to do business with. Original Review I really want to like these guys. The initial consultation and conversation with the sales guy was very comforting. He mentioned that they don't use the pest control ports on the side my house because he said it wasn't good to spray chemicals in the walls. Strange because this system is tested and proven or they wouldn't be installed on new homes if they weren't trusted to work. Either way I signed up for lawn fertilization and pest control. The price was fair. They started treatment on my yard and it started to get greener. I give them that. But the weeds seemed to increase too. I had to email them pictures of the weeds and request they spray better. That's the yard care. It was ok but they always skipped doing my side and rear yard. The grass in these areas is small but my security cameras showed the technician only did the front yard each time. As for pest control I had sugar ants in my kitchen and the technician came out and treated for them they went away. But I have or have had fire ants around my house which seems very common in my community. They treated in front of my house but it seemed that the mounds just moved or relocated. On my back patio it always seemed that fire ants were present. I mention to the technician today that I had fire ants on my back patio which I emailed them about 5 days ago. He said he would treat them but when I mentioned that inside my house I had ants which look like carpenter ants upstairs and sugar ants downstairs he suggested I call terminix or someone that could hook up to the ports in my house and spray inside the walls. Wait a second isn't this what the first guy told me that they don't do because it's not good for my house? This wasn't the only odd thing that happened. When I called to complain about fire ants the lady in the office as nice as she was suggested I put cayenne pepper on the fire ant mound before they got there and that would contain or control the fire ants. I'm no pest control expert but I know that if you mess with the mounds,the fire ants just relocate and you can't treat the mound because now it's moved. The owner contacted me after I emailed them canceling service and tried to save my business telling me that he would use a special fire ant granule that normally costs $150 a treatment. What I want to know is if I had fire ants so bad in the beginning why did they mention this treatment upfront? He said he would personally do my house to make sure that it was done properly. I just didn't feel right about this company. It seems like everybody that's employed there is on a different page. Maybe some people have good luck with them but I just feel it was too much work for what I was paying for. Now even if it cost a little more money, I'm just going to call the company that everyone else in the neighborhood uses. You can tell who this company is because every yard they have their sign in the grass looks amazing. I won't mention their name but do your homework before you choose.
