Star pest control's responses to unhappy customers tell the whole story. Snarky is not professional. I am not a customer but someone I know rebuilt a badly termite damaged wall for an elderly lady. She had been paying for termite protection for over 20 years. They denied her claim. Way to go Star screw the elderly. Can't wait to see your snarky insulting response.

Was suppose to be here on Thursday at 10. Finally about 11 I called them and The lady said they had someone not show up for work, and had to reschedule me for next week. Never even called to let me know. I took the morning off work waiting on them to be a no-show. SO, it was rescheduled for today at 10. Nobody showed up, so 11:30 I called, and was told had to reschedule me because a truck was down. Really….. I just went with someone else. Horrible place to do business with. Always has an excuse!

If you just need a cheap company who can come spray some chemicals, they can do that. However, when I specifically started with Star, I had a german roach issue and they really didn't inspect my kitchen or look in any cabinets, they just sprayed all around the baseboards in the house, which is fine, but I also have a kiddo and they seemed very nonchalant about the chemical use around my kids stuff. They also do walk through your whole house without covering their shoes. If you don't have kids and don't care where their boots have been, then like I said, the price is fantastic. Lastly, as a mom at home with her little, I was uncomfortable with the technician. He was nice and all, but his conversation topics were aggressive and his appearance was not professional.

Star Came out on March 27 to treat the emerging grasshopper population and I noticed there was no significant difference as of April 28 and called to tell them of my dilemma and they said they would come out on May 2nd to retreat the yard. I just received a call that my request wasn’t within the 1 month time frame, as in a day short, and they will not be able to respray for free. This is a company that had called me about a delinquent bill that I had never actually received and when I literally went to their location to pay them because I had not heard from them after they said they would send out a bill they charged me a fee for using a credit card even though I showed up to give them the money they were due after the service man forgot to leave to leave a bill. Greed is their master.

Pest control might be good...BUT whoever was driving that pickup at WALMART IS AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN! Driving WAAYY TOO FAST! I was on a DISABLED PERSON CART..instead of yeilding to me...he took EVASIVE ACTION!

I used to think that they were an okay service. That was until they started coming out to our home and spraying our yard without our permission and then leaving a bill on our door. They did this twice and are trying to say we owe them $133. Beware of these scammers!

Star Termite and Pest Control was great to work with. From scheduling, to on time arrival they were efficient. Bruce did a great job. He took time to explain what he was seeing and provided info about termites and ants. We had good news, no termites. I give Star 5 stars for great customer service and a big thanks to Bruce!

We are very happy with this company! We have used them twice. Tech's Wes and Bruce are informative,helpful, hardworking and thorough. We bought a home and when I opened the wall I found 2×4s that looked like cardboard with termites activity that was shocking. At a great price, This company was instrumental solving our nightmare. I can't say enough about them ! Thank you guys!! ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐

Other then being 2 hours late, they did a good job. Been using them for years.

Bruce was the best exterminator technician that I have ever used He was very very thorough and gave me a wealth of information about infestation and control of carpenter ant ,spider's ,roaches he he could not have been anymore thorough. If I owned the company I would want a 100 people just like him. Very respectable and compatible with my situation, By the time he left I almost felt like we were brothers. I would recommend star To anyone. Very reasonable and very importable. But I would never have anybody over to my house again but Bruce. I've used other exterminators over the years but Bruce takes the cake!!!! Thank you star and thank you Bruce. That man deserves a Raise😁

I scheduled a regular preventative maintenance appt for this past Saturday between 9am-12pm No call to confirm Friday and nobody ever called or showed up Saturday. Been calling all day today and no answer at the office at all or call back from my message I left Saturday afternoon.

did not do what I asked for and still took my money.i didn't get my money's worth.i am very disappointed. I will never use their services again.all I wanted was my yard sprayed

Be careful people this company traps feral cats ! Who knows what they do with them
