Pest Control is horrible, we switched to a better company that handled the problem but we kept Hughes for the black rodent boxes. After almost a year and the rodents didn't slow down I decided to open the boxes myself and check them to only discover that their not handling them the way they should be. After just one week after they came out the boxes were either completely empty or had small pieces of old bait that you could tell had been there for a while. On top of that all boxes were complete

DO NOT use this company. We have had so many problems just trying to get someone to do their job. Called several times to PAY Hughes to treat our home and lawn for fleas and pest. However even the manager never showed up or returned calls after the office staff took messages. And same problem when we saw termite activity. The only time you will hear from them is when they want their money for renewal of service contract ( which no other pest company in this area requires if you are interested)
