Travis, our technician, actually came early and, as always, was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He identified the problem area and treated it. He advised us if we saw any further problems to contact the company immediately and he’d come back out. He is a very knowledgeable tech and an asset to your company.

I had the pleasure of having a routine visit from Mr. Oscar Guerrero to check my home since we have an annual contract with Northwest Exterminating for termite protection. Mr Guerrero has impressed me for his professionalism, his knowledge, and the care which he demonstrated by conducting his duty with care that impressed both my spouse and myself. I recommend Mr Guerrero without hesitation as he answered all my questions and suggested how we could improve not only in pest control but attic insulation as well. Travis Smith took care of our house after we noticed some termite droppings. they told us they would be here between 12-3 PM and Travis was here at 11:57 AM. Very friendly, always had a smile on his face, very, very nice gentleman. NW exterminating is why i have kept with them for 6 years. Thank you!

Called for a tent estimate and had Javier come over to look at property. He looked around and said he would send me 3 estimates. One for 1 year guarantee, 3 and 5 year. It's been over a week since he came by, no estimate. So here's my question for all of you reading this, would you hire this company for your termite tenting ?
