I had another landscape company for years. They were sold out and there service went downhill instantly. I've had five star for a couple of months now and so far they are outstanding and I really like the results from thier hard work

I’ll give two stars because that’s how many times Stephon serviced my lawn before they moved him to another route. Since that time, new tech time and time again which resulted in unreliable services and basically destroyed my lawn. Then came the excuses from management that we all heard before. It’s the customers fault. Gave them options to replace lawn or fix without me paying until you fix the damage they caused. Didn’t want to meet me halfway or any way which resulted in a manager walking right off my property without further discussion accusing me of cursing which I did not do. Was I firm, direct? Emotional Yes I paid every time on time, even when they didn’t do their job. Time to cancel

Justin was pleasent and informative with telling me what he was doing and what to do when he was completed if it didn't rain. Looked like the job, all three steps were thoroughly done.

Look no further. You came to the right place! Five Star Lawn and Shrub is by far and the best company we've had in 18 years. I'm an HOA president and we have worked with a lot of companies for the past 18 years. Most of time, I find myself very disappointed with the results. That is not the case with Five Star Lawn and Shrub. The yards are looking so good that I cannot believe how great they look! These are the guys to go with! No doubt about that!
