For 2 years I fought uninvited annoyances in my home. They changed my sleep pattern when twice a night I would awaken to spray my kitchen and sometimes I would see one in another room...You probably by now have guessed my guest-pest were roaches. I finally told my daughter about them when my embarrassment turned to desperation. She told me about West Pest Control being her maintenance service and how she had not had a pesky bug or critter problem for years. She gave me their telephone number, I called and spoke to Kayla (I hope this is her name spelling), who was courteous, informative about their services and timeframes based on the extent of the problem. Readily she gave me an appointment. After my first appointment with Eric, I saw about 8 nasties lying on their backs. After the second and third service, I saw none. Today, 6/4/2024-was my fourth service with Eric and I gladly report that except for one lying feet up, I feel to have my home back without intruders. The cost for service is affordable, as I am retired and on a fixed income. Without hesitation I extend this review as A shoutout to Kayla, Eric and WEST PEST CONTROL"...Thank you guys.
