Giovanni came for follow-up service and was on time, very efficient and professional. He knew his stuff and was informative. He found and treated termite holes even though we had already cleaned up the evidence. I appreciate how Dr. Death has a year of follow-up service included with the initial treatment. It feels like we made the right decision because tenting likely would not have prevented this small random occurrence almost 4 months later. Everyone we have worked with has been super friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

I scheduled a pest control appointment with this company and had a very disappointing experience. My service was scheduled for 4:00 PM, yet it wasn't until 4:00 PM—the exact time they were supposed to arrive—that I received a call informing me they would not be coming. As a business owner, I understand that unexpected situations can happen. However, waiting until the scheduled appointment time to cancel demonstrates a lack of professionalism and respect for a customer's time. I arranged my day around this appointment and could have made other plans had I been given proper notice. What makes this even more disappointing is that I am not a first-time customer. I have used this company for both my personal residence and my investment properties, and I have referred business to them in the past. Despite my loyalty and support, there was no acknowledgment of that relationship, no attempt to make things right, and no compensation offered for the inconvenience and wasted time. Customer loyalty should be valued, especially when a client has trusted a company with multiple properties and referrals. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel like my business was taken for granted. Reliability, communication, and customer appreciation are fundamental to any successful service company. Based on this experience, Dr. Death Pest Control fell short in all three areas. I hope they improve their scheduling practices and customer service moving forward.
