We've had FL Pest services since 2016; we have a contract for pest with termite control and had metal siding installed to keep larger critters from destroying everything under the house (we are in the woods). Tim has been coming to our house for service for a few years now. He calls ahead to let us know when he will arrive. As always I’m please with my yards treatment. This morning Tori did the service at my house, speaking with her this morning she was very friendly, professional and just perky as can be. As for the staff, from the office to the guys and gals coming to the house, everyone is very friendly and treat you more than just a customer. We have been paying $100 quarterly for shrub care (pesticides and fertilizers). When several shrubs were dying, we called and they supposedly provided another remedy. They also charged an additional $180. We are not sure they actually provided the service, and the shrub problem is unresolved. The rep stopped returning our calls.
